Poor management

Having staffs work 12 hours shift twice with no breaktime each shift is a terrible thing to do. Never heard or seen it happen in any organisation. For a company that's so vocal about looking out for their staffs welfare, the supervisors actions this weekend tell a different story. Don't just say the words, live it. Be less discriminatory, I can understand how hard it is for many of yous in the Management but try. Others are human too and doesn't deserve to be mistreated or discriminated against for any reason. Had a similar experience with the welfare lady at Bellahouston, though wasn't contracted under them but she was unnecessarily rude, way too rude for a cup of tea for the freezy weather. And goes on to talk about how they care for their staff welfare unlike others. I wonder if what the three supervisors did to staffs the last two days at Gullane is part of them looking out for their staffs welfare. Making someone beg for basic rights is deeply demeaning.

Company Feedback

Worked for a variety of security companies and without doubt, the approachability at the head office, the management and the supervision, is second to none. The training opportunities are also a massive plus for this company.

Worked for Security Scotland for eight…

Worked for Security Scotland for eight months roughly.
Good company always paid on time and hours correct.
Biggest thing for me was I was left to get on with the job no nagging supervisors or such, but I always knew
support was a phone call away.
I would recommend anyone new to this industry to give them a try. Only reason I left was i found somthing else closer to home.

Very professional

I find this company, professional, trustworthy, respectful and genuinely decent. I would thoroughly recommend them as your first choice for your security needs.
