Shady business
Unreliable, horrible communication
I placed an order, hours later I got the refund. I contacted their customer service and never got an answer. Seems pretty shady and wouldn’t acquire a product from a company that is not up to average standards.

I believe this was discussed prior to the review where we explained we had an issue with our email server for a few days which caused a delay in our communication, once again we do apologise for that.
Likewise, we normally do let customers know beforehand if we cannot locate the item in the warehouse before we issue the refund but this was not possible for the reasons above.
Sorry once again for not contacting you earlier about issuing the refund.

Initially received the delivery a day early and was impressed by the quality. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size so I had to process a return. The returns process was super easy with really helpful and attentive customer service. I was able to organise a Royal Mail collection from my home for free and have been offered free delivery so I can order the correct size. The customer care team have been super responsive and clear. Really impressed with the experience and will be ordering again!

The blazer we currently sell on our website is a stretch nylon suit and not comparable to a traditional formal blazer as ours is more geared towards a casual setting.

Good, fast response and delivery
There was a quick response to my order. It was despatched the same day and would have arrived within a couple of days had I not needed to rearrange with Royal Mail.
I have only worn the coat once, but it is comfortable and warm. Seems well made, but I found the double zip a bit fiddly at first. Got the hang of it now
