Cher Stéphane, nous ne comprenons pas du tout votre message. Notre support clients peut être joint par tchat depuis votre espace client ou depuis le centre d'aide (10 membres de l'équipe répondent à vos demandes du lundi au vendredi). Et votre abonnement a d'ores et déjà été résilié (résiliation à effet du 10 mars prochain). Pourquoi avez-vous posté cet avis ? Comment pouvons-nous vous aider ?
Commercial abuse
We engaged the service as the first step on the process of setting up our startup in France. Unable to open a corporate bank account given that not all the founders are in France, we requested the cancellation of the service. To our surprise, the support agent answers us that there is no reimbursement although we did not and will not be using the service at all! We were not even able to register the company!
Be careful, do not engage in any long-term contract with this service provider! The sad part, their support agent tells us that he is doing us a favor to cancel the service for next year! WOW! Talking about a rip-off!

Dear Adel,
Our digital services are sold free of any commitment (free subscription) in the monthly subscription (= without time commitment).
You chose a 12-months subscription commitment including a special offer. The end-date of the subscription commitment is mentionned in your account. Sold or closed your business (or if you could not obtain authorisations) are not conditions to cancel the subscription before its end-date (early termination) and the general terms and conditions of sale are very explicit about that.
In fact SeDomicilier's web platforme is not responsible for what you do next.
Finally, our customer support colleague just said : "In addition, the conditions of your subscription are mentioned in (...) However exceptionally, I have already recorded the termination at the next end-date."

I made the payment, but they always refused that the documents sent were not valid for them !!!
The money was not returned either!
It would be right to evaluate the documents first and then take the payment.

In fact our platform isn't the company that provides the business address. Our customer care supports and helps you but our partners decide what kind of company can use a business address, only regarding the GAFI regulations (current legislation).
The support services that we provide are included in your subscription but it's not free of charge.
Obviously in case our partner refuses your demand, the amount of your subscription is refunded and you pay only for the first month of your subscription.
