It doesn't even deserve 1 star. DO NOT WAST YOUR MONEY!!!! the sizes run extremely small and material is very cheap. My fault for not reading these reviews before I sent these people my money.

I ordered a jumper ,it is beautiful ,$58 in total with delivery ,arrived around a month later which was normal postage ,l will definitely be ordering again Thankyou 😁

If I could give no stars I would ordered taken money and no goods they don’t answer emails either.
No order number was given after payment
I am going to fair trading to see what can be done.
I will gladly take this down if they respond and I get my goods
I found them via an add on Instagram and went to their shop

I ordered back in may never recieved my items . Bank account was charged , never got a confirmation email either. I cannot get a response from them .never buy from them again!!!

I ordered a size large which is my usual size. It is way too small. I need an extra large but haven't been able to get a return email from the company.

I ordered a top which was on March 17. My bank card was charged but I have received nothing. I only rated the one star so I could warn others.

Dreadful clothes! I made the mistake of not checking reviews - never again! The quality of the clothes were dreadful sizing appalling. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Can only return to China even though they came from UK. Clothes went to recycling.

*****AWFUL*****.Poor quality and undersized. The website gives an email address to contact for returns. When you do they will only accept returns to China even though our package came from Southall,UK. Postage costs to China are horrendous.Prices are in US $ and we spent $43 on 3 items and only managed to get an $8 refund after numerous,frustrating emails. We did not have to return the clothes but certainly won’t be keeping them. Please do not take a gamble with this company.

DO NOT buy from this dreadful company. The quality is dreadful. The sizing is unbelievable too big in some places too small in others. They wiil ñot refund my money unless i reorder.

Order took too long to arrive, sizing was irregular and varied, poor quality and inaccurate description. Do not even bother trying to return or exchange anything, their fees are more than what you paid! i will NEVER use this site again! BUYER BEWARE!

Arrived within 2 weeks of ordering although tracking info was untenable. Lovely top, good fit but rather flimsy

Wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a dress March 21 and received an email the same day that my order had been shipped. My credit card was charged the same day. I choose free shipping and so didn't expect my order until about 15 business days later. About 20 days later just as I was about to send an email to ask about my order I received a very poorly written email telling me the dress I choose was out of stock and would I like another color. I have responded that I would like my money back. I expect I'll probably be writing off that $30 as a lesson learned.

I purchased a coat 2nd Feb it's the one you are advertising at the moment with hood and warm looking inside.
Mine eventually came 5wks later. I ordered a size 18 which was the largest size. When it came it was 3XL I have sent numerous emails to have a returns address but nothing. How can you advertise and the ignore customers who have a genuine reason to return items. And no paperwork at all.
This doesn't look very good for your company. I haven't really given a 1 star as you deserve 0

I ordered 2 tops on Jan 3rd, they charged my card on Jan 4th.... today is Feb 21 and I still have no product.

Quality is poor and size is not true. Will not give you address to return to & wont answer emails. Said to just give away the items to someone who needs them. What a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Terrible

Ordered 2 teddy coats, size was ok but poor quality. They have threads that need sewing in and They were more like thin bed jackets/dressing gowns than outdoor wear. In the picture they looked quite thick and warm. Very disappointed

Bad service as size did not fit, size was ordered one size larger and was still too small, and asked for return label and told I could pay for return .......EBAY, OTHER RETAILERS SEND A RETURN LABEL OR PROVIDE ACCESS TO ONE FREE OF CHARGE, WILL DO NO MORE BUSINESS WITH THEM, SIZING WAY OFF, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

DO NOT order from this company! I ordered 2 shirts in September, wrong size and poorly made. It has been a nightmare ever since trying to return them. They told me to 'give them as a gift' and then said would I accept $10? My cost was $38 plus the cost of returning them. They wouldn't give me an address to return them to, so I sent them back to the return address on the bag they came in. Surprise, it is not a valid address. I just received the package back. Horrible company!
