The customer service we stood around waiting for directions and help while workers were chit chatting with eachother. We also asked for suggestions of biking areas and we were just pointed to a map with nobody to answer our questions. 2/5 of our bikes seats were broken and one of the ebikes only had one setting for the battery. Overall it was a very poor experience and I would not recommend
