Just had an email from Support - a hard disc crashed recently and I've now lost 500GB of files including personal files. That's FIVE years' worth of work. Many of the files were rare and 'out of copyright' and I was the only seeder .And many of the personal files are irreplaceable. Seedboxes.cc which takes money for what they advertise as a 'secure' and 'professionally' run service HAD NO VIABLE BACKUPS.

I had been looking for a reliable Plex host for quite some time now. Seedboxes.cc seemed easy to use and reasonably priced & been with them for 2 years, so I tried it out. It has been worth every penny and I wish I had done it sooner! The service is reliable, simple, feature-rich, and affordable. On the rare occasion that there has been an issue, the support team was there to quickly resolve it within 5hr or sooner. I cannot recommend Seedboxes enough!

hey these guys are overselling their servers.. i had a friend who had a speed problem..

He has to deny that the disks can only use 250MBytes ... which sounds very strange when my other friend can download with 18-19GBit ...

Be aware of this when you buy servers from them

So many of the reviews I read seem to be from people that are not technically inclined. I am. I have been using seedboxes.cc for several months now and have good experiences. If your seedbox needs 99.99999 reliability with immediate response via online chat 24\7, this is not for you. But you won't find that service at these prices. I feel this is a great value box.

Support has always helped me within a business day. That's more than reasonable for a hobby. I've lost touch with my box once for a few moments. That's better than my home desktop. So uptime keeps me happy. I blow through 30tb a month in bandwidth and they don't bill me extra.

I mean, I'm happy with the services they provide. Happy enough to write a review.

Horrible company with awful support.

Terrible attitude from support when clearly there is a bug in their own seedbucket app. You pause it and it shows paused then come back a few hours later to find download has completed then you get suspended and reach out for support only to receive attitude.

Support takes forever to even get a reply.

Avoid this company and use other ones as they don't care about their customers

I have been with seedboxes.cc for about 7 months server are ok but the lack of customer service is really bad they take at least 12 hours to get back to you and once took 4 days to get back to me and an extra 3 days to fix the problem. the lack of rclone integration is a deal breaker for me. they have seriously restricted the use of it only for for plex you can not move stuff automatically unless you use cron job and then it doesn't move stuff to specific folders i have since in the last few days cancelled my account to move to a diffrent provider.

Support lies and stick with the story of "unmetered" bandwidth until you press them in which moment you will ffind out that after a certain amount you will be moved from the fast line into the "storage" line. They still claim unmetered but never admits that they DO have a can where after the speed is throttled by moving you from autobahn to a backroad way where speed is reduced. The thing that most made me mad was that they lie as long as they can and that this actually applies to a 90 euro box. NOT recommended

I must admit, initially i hated seedboxes.cc - I had over two years of content on their server which they deleted because i was around 2 weeks late in paying the invoice for the month; Any emails they sent me mentioned potential 'Interruption of service' if payment was late but i assumed the service would just pause not be deleted permanently.

However, after trying several other providers and being incredibly disappointed with the service i had a new-found appreciation for seedboxes.cc and i can firmly say that both the level of support and the quality of the server is second to none.

I do wish they could offer more features in the future and improve the dashboard as well as hopefully provide root access but for now i'm happy with their current offering.
