Ordered my seeds 7 weeks ago and haven’t received them yet.
Not sure why, I think that they have stock issues.
Yesterday I requested a refund through my online banking(etransfer)
and 2 hours later my refund was deposited in my account.

Hey folks, I got suckered in too, joined your club of being scammed. What a lowly down and dirty walking scamming company. I have written to CBC Market Place, hope they will bring these scammers to the front for Canadians

6 weeks since I ordered. Sorry but Canada post isn't backed up. If they show up some day great, but i'm not holding my breath at this point. I can think of better ways to set my money on fire.

Ordered begin of April. Finally received all my seeds today in great condition. Took a lot longer then expected but it was most probably due to major delays with Canada Post. Keep an eye out you might receive your order unexpectedly!! To be honest i was sure this was a scam pretty happy it isnt

Almost two months now. Still waiting..

Update: was a scam company, never received and no response.

Well I hope someday you see this, you took so much money from people, including me.
I hope your mother is proud of you, scamming people. After everything going on in the world. Im the kind of person that would have helped you, if you needed anything, but to steal.. Hope you do well in jail...

Terrible. Don’t use. Scammed me out of money, seeds never arrived and can’t get a response from them.

The site says its all legal i’m taking legal action if nothing arrives.

Same happen to us but thankfully only spend 45 $ emailed them no response they suck no refund or contact dont buy from then!!!!!

Seed Hub just scammed me $120 in seeds, complete scam, never etransfer people you dont know.

Same happened to me .got me for $85. Ordered back in March...payment was taken and then no confirmation or anything. Been 6 weeks. Taking it as a loss I guess. Do not buy from them!! SCAMMERS!!!!!!

Yes, same issue as everyone else. THIS IS A SCAM. They took my Interac payment, never heard anything again. Writing from Toronto.

Seed hub is a scam - my seeds never arrived. The only email you get is to send the money and then nothing, no confirmation or tracking. I’ll post if they actually show up but it’s been a month so I don’t think it’s coming

this must be a scam clearly. i have not bumped into trust pilot before ordering....
its been 5 weeks from my order they accepted money within couple hours but i have sent about 5-10 emails refund requests and no answer........ they scammed 100$ don't let it happen to you.

it’s good that I decided to buy first only one family for 19 dollars and pay 10 dollars for the Post Office so I lost only 30 dollars I understood that it could be a hoax Well it just turned out to be very convenient I live in Toronto this site in Canada the payment is easy But now that's all. wrote a letter to them that I paid took off the screen ... and only then they took the money ... and not what kind of answer ...... 9 days have passed since April 6, I’m no longer waiting, although if I come I will remove my review

....now April29 After them, I ordered from another site and the seeds arrived from 5 seeds. 4 successfully started growing .. a seedhub is still nothing but I’m in principle and I’m not waiting just once again to write the updated information .. now it’s completely clear that they are scammers .. .. because money doesn’t automatically go to them, they make confirmation 1000 scammers
