Best support and friendly staff in seedbox world!
I was a complete newbie when it came to seedboxes, but with the lockdown and COVID, I really wanted to finally set up Plex on my smart tv and stream all my favorite shows from a server! Well I couldnt ask for a better deal! I went with the super seedbox man, and while I gave the support HELL(sorry Peter!) they had more patience with me than my own family!
If I could put 10 stars I would! Thank you!

Great Support and Decent Value

Support has been fantastic! I didn't expect that I would be receiving responses within an hour (or much less) of logging a support ticket, but the support team is very responsive!
The interface is very clean and easy to navigate. Despite being a first timer I managed to get all of the information and setup my box within an hour. I was very impressed how simple it is.
Performance
Plex Server - Exceptionally easy to setup. I couldn't believe how quickly I had my Plex Server up and running! Once setup, viewing the content from the server resulted in lossless content playback! I tried multiple devices maxed on quality in my house, at times 8 at a time and had no issues or buffering!
Apps in general - They have a wide range of apps. I only use a few, but I suspect the ones they offer are the most common and standard.
Download/ Upload speeds - At times I have reached 100MB/s download speeds. It's blazing fast and you don't have any bandwidth restrictions!
Price
The pricing and packages are so simple that it makes choosing them a no brainer. No contract, just a monthly fee and you can cancel any time! Plus there are no limits to network usage!
They do a 7 day trial which gave me the reassurance that I could get a full refund if it didn't meet my expectations...my expectations was well exceeded (within a few days) and I am now looking to increase my plan!

Great Price, lots of Apps that they do offer, support is awesome very helpful and kind, the seedbox gives you root access so ++ for that as well.
