Great products, customer service lacking
Great products, good selection, beautiful packaging. Very happy with everything. I understand they are a small company but the order took over a month to be delivered, and when I contacted them to ask about this, I didn't get any response or acknowledgement back.

Ruined birthday gift
I bought a subscription as a birthday gift , which didn’t turn up on time even though it was ordered in advance. Took multiple attempts by email & phone to talk to anybody before it was resent and now the gift number doesn’t work it’s a nightmare we are now 3 days past the birthday date and still not resolved . Totally ruined the gift. Very disappointing would not recommend and doubt very much they have a team to support with this as only seems to be one person . Multiple emails and calls made from myself & recipient and still no joy. Re the below standard response from Seed Pantry - you have clearly not looked into anything other than this review. Actions speak louder than words and there are no actions on your part to fully resolve this issue I have asked for full refund.

No user guide, timer does not work
No user guide, no reply to my email requesting one and the timer does not work (although, of course, I may be setting it wrong but I don’t know because I have no instructions!). The light itself seems to work fine but without the timer working it just makes it a faff to keep turning it on and off. I wish they would just reply to my email.

Hi Mary, from the varieties you picked they are mainly for flowering next spring now. These hardy perennials/biennials are for then: Lupin, Poppy 'Iceland Mixed' and these hardy annuals: Calendula, Cornflower. These are quick growing summer/autumn flowers that will self seed too: Stock Virginian - Day Scented Stock Night Scented Stock.
