Rocky start but seeing improvement
Paid for skip the line a few months ago and service was amazing for the first week or so and then service died. Reached out to support and was reissued a new eSIM for that again died in a week or so…. I understand that they’re having difficulties so I left it for a while. Recently checked the website out again and everything looks improved so I reached out to support and was reissued a new sim. So far so good. Keep the improvements going
Good e sim services
I have gotten good e sim servives today by Connor on live chat, he deserves a pay rise!
No eSIM, No support, No refunds. Avoid!
I have been on the SEEEK Waitlist for several months before I decided to purchase "Skip the Queue" at the end of August. Now, over 6 weeks later, I have still not received my eSIM nor a proper response from the support about the progress. This is disgraceful.
They seem to have abandoned SEEEK completely and started a new company called YOZAX, potentially providing the same bad experience as with SEEEK.
Cannot take this company seriously with their customer support experience
This is my 4th review now? I really just can't trust Seeek anymore.
When it works, it's great. My eSIM didn't work for 3 months whatsoever and customer support never responded, but when I was back up and running, it worked perfectly. It even has EE VoLTE TAC access which is great, it allows me to connect to the micro cells in my local city centre!
But when it doesn't work, customer support is useless. They added a Zendesk help centre, but it's already been shut down and their status page doesn't even work.
They seem to be making a new eSIM called yozax, and I won't be signing up because it's frankly a scummy way to make an entirely new company to dodge your negative reputation.
Either way, I like the passion the team has for the project. The eSIM works great when it's active, but other than those two points, I just can't recommend this.
Not working, No support
I paid. It worked for a day or two. Then it stopped and I never even got a response from the support after weeks of waiting and filing multiple requests. Also no chance to get my money back. The website works poorly and support on both Email and Discord never responding.
First Sim stopped working
First Sim stopped working. However Seeek issued me a new sim and all is good. I enjoy the national roaming and so far so good
Support getting better
The main part about running a business like this one for me is the customer support. Seeek had a pretty terrible customer support a couple of months back. However as September rolls,I have seen a very positive impact on the customer service, they reply within 24-hours and even solve issues before you contact them about a problem. Keep up the good work seeek team!

It took quite a while to get an answer from support, but now everything is working as it should again.
Free eSIM not existing you have to pay
I just logged in and check where I'm in the queue. I registered on 12 Feb 2024 and before the website rebuild I was around 400 in the waitlist after the new site I was pushed back to 30k+ at the moment I'm the 30640 on the wait list.
So after 7 month I sill not got the free esim so I'm just thinking how free is this advertised free sim.

I deleted my eSim by mistake long time ago, and didn’t get reply at all despite multiple attempts and forgot about it until last week while noticing that the did a relaunch on their website, so I contacted again and the service was fast and reasonable. My review is based on the recent interaction, hope they got things sorted out, I like the eSIM and use it as backup.
Absolutely scam of scam
Absolutely scam of scam. Do not pay this company. I paid and never got anything working. When you tried to contact them, they never reply. Money in the drain. Stay away.

Lack of customer support since they relaunched before the current relaunch, at first waiting more than 3 weeks to get a reply then lately over 4 days and still no reply.
I have tonight deleted my account, and will be sending a right to be deleted request as well tomorrow and esim deleted.
Do not waste your time with this service..

Seems like a scam. Paid for a SIM card. Worked for a week and that’s it company has disappeared
Looks like a scam, no support
Paid to skip the queue, after some issues i got the esim, which worked for a week or so. Since then the sim isn't working, in chat nobody replies even after weeks. Same for email, and the contact form on the website just produces an error

Looks like a failed business model …
After a very brief period where it seemed to have worked, now again no activity … e-sim connects to a local network, but then simply no service at all. All efforts to communicate with support failed (just no response). Got the impression that this business model failed utterly. Shame 😞
This is a total scam!
I paid aswell for the "skip the queue" to receive my eSIM in 72 hours. However, 3 weeks later und more than 5 support requests, I haven't even received one message back. As others said, a few people get paid to write positive reviews on Trustpilot, so don't believe them. Stay away from seeek.co !
