After reading the latest reviews they appear to be taking the money and not sending the products. No reply’s on emails, phone won’t ring goes straight to answer phone

Disgusted and Disappointed

Wouldn’t even give this Company One Star! Ordered on the 9th of April supposed to be 48 Hour Delivery because of Easter Weekend expected it to come Tues/Weds instead, I’ve had nothing No Email, No Parcel and No response. I’ve filled out Two Online forms, emailed and called and nothing! It’s now the 18th of April and I’ve not received the Parcel neither has anyone contacted Me. I won’t be buying from this Company again!! I only shopped with them for My Sons Birthday Gift, so now have to re buy something else for Him, I’m absolutely disgusted 🤬

1 star is one too many. Avoid at all costs. An absolute con. Placed a large order, returned within a few days (well within return period) asking for refund. Have not received any response despite all my messages being read on their FB page. Phone number listed goes straight to voicemail. And before they use the excuse that this is in some way down to the Corona outbreak, i placed the order early February. Disgusting. Now lodged claim with my credit card company.

This is the worst online shopping site…

This is the worst online shopping site i have ever come across, i placed an order for some Jeans back in 17 September 2019 & paid through Klarna, the jeans had not fit as the were too tight a literally returned them back in 2days & paid for 1st class shipping at the post office. They never processed my return till this day, a mistake was i had misplaced the return receipt from the post office, i argued my case with Klarna & i had attempted to contact Seek attire via phone email however this was un-successful, i was adamant about my return to Klarna however the raised it to debt collectors which has put me i more problems. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS SITE THEY ARE EXTREMELY FRAUDULENT, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE & TERRIBLE CLOTHING, DO NOT GO THROUGH THE SAME THING I DID.

customer service an absolute joke

I ordered items next day delivery on 24th February at 12noon I paid extra for this option. I checked the delivery status and royal mails tracking said my items would be with me on 26th of February emailed seek to see what was happening the response was prompt and advisor said she would look into this. That was the last I have heard I have sent follow up emails to ask what was happening to no avail tried calling the number online and just goes to voicemail. Really bad customer service and if you pay for a service you expect to get it

Poor customer service

Made an order back in August 2019 for 2 t shirts. One arrived but the other was coming direct from the brand. Still haven’t received this t shirt and after emails and messages on all social media platforms to seek attire I’ve had no response in regards to whether they can sort this issue out or if i have to contact the brand directly. Terrible Company. Sale items poor quality can’t return

Avoid! Coat arrived too big, I was first suspicious that it was a bad company when I saw they don’t have a free return label in the box. This is standard practice I’ve not seen a company not do this in years. I then saw that if you do return not only do you have to pay postage back but you have the price to sent it to you deducted from the refund. Secondly, I saw you can’t return sale items . The coat I ordered arrived and it clearly cheap material, they list is as £36 down from £90. There is no way this was ever worth £90 they clearly put most products on a silly sale so you think you’re getting a deal then you can’t return it. I am now stuck with a coat I can’t use or return. Avoid this company!!!!! Just because it’s on klarna does not mean it can be trusted.

That is correct we don't provide free returns here at SEEK Attire just as many other similar size companies within our industry don't. We are not legally obliged to provide free returns and due to the cost effectiveness of this it is something we can not provide at this time.
In terms of the original shipping fee not being refunded this is too correct and the reason being is that this is the amount it costs to send the item out to yourself, it actually costs more than what we charge here at SEEK Attire however to be competitive with similar companies we charge less to assist customers and provide a much cheaper shipping cost. If we were to refund all shipping costs for returned orders then there is no real purpose in charging shipping fee's at all which would relate not only to SEEK Attire but all online purchases within every online business? The shipping cost charge set out by any online business is to get the item to you with a delivery courier. If an order is returned and refunded this does not mean we can go to the delivery courier and request a refund for the charge they invoiced us for to get the item to you.
Sale items are subject to clearance and therefore non-returnable, these terms are clearly stated within out T&C's for customers to view before purchasing. It is also a required mandatory field to accept these T&C's before your complete your purchase. If you as a consumer have read our terms and are not happy with the T&C's set out within our business then you are not required to to shop with SEEK Attire and have no obligation to continue with your purchase which you did on this occasion.
In regards to you stating we promote huge sales to capture customer purchases this is hugly incorrect. We as a company are an online retailer, we purchase in brands at wholesale and re-sell at the listed RRP set out by the brand themselves, SEEK Attire has no control over this and the brands listed RRP is to be followed by all retailers. If you search for the jacket you purchased you will be able to see that multiple businesses list these items at the exact same RRP as we do. We are currently in our winter sale right now and the listed price of £36 is what we have reduced it down to for this sale period only.
I am sorry to hear of your disappointment of shopping with us however as mentioned above if you were not happy with the policies we have in place here at SEEK Attire then you were not obliged to complete your purchase for the item in question.

Terrible company to deal with

Ordered a coat which I didn't like the fit on so i returned it then the problems started. Had to contact them to ask about the return as they didn't contact me or refund. Then I had to chase the refund as I didn't actually receive it after they said they refunded. They put this down to a problem with their system. Mutiple emails ignored inbetween all this. Very difficult to deal with and clearly not interested when you want to return something. Don't understand why you had to make it so hard. I was planning to re-order something else as soon as I got the refund.

Next Day Delivery never received Order

I placed an order for next day delivery and 3 days later still have not received the item. Have not had an email confirming it has even been despatch. I have left several voice messages, online messages and facebook messages and no response and no order delivered.

absolute sham. See you in small claims.

Told me they’d processed my refund 4 weeks ago yet nothing yet. Said it would take 7/14 days still nothing. Taking it to reading standards and small claims court. Paid £45 for paid off trousers £5 next delivery which didn’t come and they promised would refund too but nothing even paid £70 to send back. Absolute joke all same packaging everything. Never even put back as brother didn’t like them.

Dont know why the other review website has so many 5 star reviews and this one has mostly 1 star reviews. Id be looking into reviews.com as i suspect foul play. This company is rubbish never have i been ripped off by a company that looks so legit and professional. Never did i recieve my goods and after plenty of excuses via email i stopped getting responses. Also good luck getting through to them through the phone!

Well im not sure where to start with…

Well im not sure where to start with this sham of a company. Easily the worst customer service experience i have ever had.
I bought t shirt in size small last week. Receieved it on the 22nd around 1410hrs and i tried it on immediatly, it was too small, as i was going by the sites size guides. Anyway, less then 60 minutes later i had reposted it back to seek. Today i chased them up for an update to be told i wasnt getting one as i had wore the item and not only that, i had ironed it. Now, this material isnt one id ever put under an iron. And when i received it there wasnt a wrinkle on it. It was immaculate.

I told them i hadnt ironed it and they claimed the t shirt was also dirty and they were convinced i wore it. Yes, i wore it for 50 minutes then sent it back....sure!!

When i asked them why i would iron it then 50 minutes later send it back they said it made no sense however then accused me of ironing the top for a night out, and by doing so i have damaged it and upon realising i damaged it sent it back to chance my arm, what a wild accusations from "customer service."

I asked for a bigger size and theyve also told me no. So basically i ironed a top that was too smal for me wore it, but now want a medium. Makes perfect sense eh?

Never in my time have i experienced such an argumentative horrible customer service team who clearly have damaged this top in order to prevent giving me a refund.

I have started a dispute which i will fight. Thankfully i took pictures of the t shirt before sending it back as i read reviews where they have done similar things.

By far and clear the worst company i have dealt with.

I look forward to their ignorant cheeky reply quoting their TnCs that i didnt comply with apparantly.

Still cant wrap my head around the accusations of me being accused trying to iron a polyster t shirt....

Avoid this lot they clearly have no respect for customers and their rights. Theyre horrible to deal with that much so i made it perfectly clearly what i thought about them using words i simply cant re-use here.

As discussed via email your return was rejected and the reason for this is because the swing tags were cut off and there was marks found around the t-shirt with 1 distinctive mark which looked to be an iron mark located in the middle of the garment.

As explained in our returns policy we require all clothing to be returned with swing tags still attached which wasn't the case on this occasion with your return. The swing tags had been removed and then re-attached by tying the string around the size tab found on the neck of the t-shirt.

Swing tags are 1 of the elements that authenticate an item as being new and should not be removed unless you are certain you are to keep the item.

Again as mentioned within our email communication with yourself, you purchased this item not long after the style went live on our website. You were the first owner of this garment and are the only individual to of taken receipt of it, we looked into this information before replying to your original email as we wanted to make sure there was no possible way this item could have been damaged before you had taken receipt of it.

Unfortunately due to yourself being the only recipient of this item as it was the first one purchased and the fact that swing tags were removed and distinctive marks appeared on the garment we had no alternative but to reject the return.

I understand that you then requested a medium to be sent out however this was not possible and the reason being is that the way this t-shirt was received back to us we are unable to re-sell it and for that reason we are required to send it back to yourself as it has not been retuned to us in a re-sellable condition.

Checking back at the emails we can see that no accusations were made your way however our team were providing statements of possibilities on how the garment could have been damaged in response to your email points. When looking back at our emails sent by our team we can see that we attempted to help you and be as informative as possible as we understood the inconvenience of the situation however our team were met with very offensive language.

Again as previously mentioned within the email communication, had the t-shirt been returned back to us with swing tags still attached and in a re-sellable condition then we would have had no problem in processing a refund for you however unfortunately as you have removed the swing tags from the t-shirt and the item has been damaged in some way we had no alternative but to reject the return.

You of course have consumer rights which we strictly abide to, however we also have seller rights and due to the return not being received back to us meeting our returns T&C's we have the legal right to refuse / reject the return as it has not been returned in the condition it was received.

Awful company, stay well away from it!!

Terrible company, Do not purchase anything from them or you will loose your money and what you ordered, I ordered a tracksuit and it wasn't good so i sent it back without it's original bag and they messages me saying we can't accept these and you have to pay courier fees if you want these back.

This is one of the worst website i ordered from and to be honest there are better companies out there like Asos, urban celebrity you better of order from them then this company which runs by the director himself and he doesn't know how to run the business, Soon this company will diapered as i have already reported them to better business bureau.

I am extremely sorry that you did not take the time to review our policy before returning your order. Had the clothing been returned with its branded packaging Amric then the return could have been processed without any issues for you as all other requirements were met.

To return the clothing to you we do require a return shipping fee to be paid as SEEK Attire is lot liable to cover the cost of this which is why this was mentioned to yourself with the email communication, as soon as the return shipping fee has been paid then we can ship your clothing back off to you.

As mentioned in the our email communication with yourself, had you returned the clothing meeting our returns policy requirements then we would of been able to get your return processed for you with no issues but again unfortunately without the branded packing we are unable to re-sell the item as new. This is the only reason as to why the return was rejected on this occasion.

Wish i could give SEEK no stars. Will not issue a refund but instead I've been given a store credit. After the whole experience, I have no desire to order anything further from them - Looks like this will have to be escalated to get my money back.

No refund and credit note don’t work

Sent a t-shirt back and they wouldn’t refund me so sent me a voucher. Tried to use the voucher online and didn’t work....contacted customers services a week ago and no one has even bothered to email me back. Avoid at all costs and use another supplier for the same clothes.

False advertising

Poor customer service, they had a free cap offer and failed to mention that when you get the free cap to checkout there is a compulsory 8.99 p&p charge, this was no where to be seen in the advertisment, false advertising, i like the site but this has out me right off, i genuinly was going to purchase alot from them however now i am put off

As explained in our email for free giveaways and promotional offers we have to issue a shipping rate to cover the costs of the first class shipping service itself along with the box packaging that is required to protect the cap as well as the securing tape as we are not receiving any income from a promotional offer. This is not false advertising as you have stated in your review as you do receive a £25.00 discount on the order which therefore provides you with your FREE cap as this is the cost of the caps RRP. No where in the advertisement campaign do we state that this also includes free shipping.

With standard orders we can offer shipping from as little as £2.99 as we assist the customer and eat into our margin to provide such a low shipping cost due to them making a purchase via our website but with promotional offers we can't offer this due to the cost of P&P which is a total of £8.99.

I am extremely sorry for your confusion regarding this matter however if you have any further questions then you are always welcome to email in as we are always happy to help here at SEEK Attire.
