Another one of those companies that just cancel your orders for no reason.
Shady practices. Not recommended.
Perfectly legit order and they want to accuse you for whatever reasons.
I used a coupon code to get 15% off and they probably didn't like me saving money and wanted to cancel my order so I can't use the coupon code.
Now they're forcing me to pay full price somewhere else.

Unfortunately supplements I ordered did not end up working out for my intended purpose. That being said, customer service was excellent. Refund was promptly issued and deeply appreciated the note in the refund email where they request, unless otherwise stated, to help save the planet and not ship the product back but to instead please share the product with someone who is able to use it if possible. Very thoughtful.
I placed an order for B-Complex+ on July 6. Today is July 21, and I still have nothing in hand — neither the original shipment, which was lost by FedEx, nor the replacement.
Now I'm told the delivery might happen on July 25, but since the package was not properly declared for customs, I already know it probably won’t arrive.
Result:
€69.60 spent,
0 product received,
And my entire nutritional and supplementation plan completely ruined.
I had organized everything two weeks in advance to avoid missing any of my key supplements during a crucial phase of my physical and nutritional transformation.
Now I’ll go two full weeks without them, which means a full month’s delay in my overall plan. Completely unacceptable.
And the worst part?
This wasn’t handled by a junior staff member.
It was a “Specialized Support Supervisor”, someone who should know exactly how to prevent this kind of failure.
She personally approved the replacement shipment —
and she personally failed to tick the box that would mark the package as a replacement / no commercial value, or to use DDP (duties paid).
This is a basic international logistics standard.
And she missed it.
Meanwhile, the company flaunts its 4.8/5 rating, filled with “amazing service” and “premium products.”
But if you're ordering from Europe, here's what might actually happen:
You’ll pay twice,
You’ll chase your package for weeks,
And you might never receive what you paid for.
So I urge you:
➡️ Read the negative reviews,
➡️ Check the dates carefully,
➡️ And don’t be fooled by a polished image.
Because here, you’re sold a Ferrari on the outside —
but under the hood, it’s running on a 2CV engine.
Seeking Health has literally been life changing. Ever since getting COVID over 4 years ago, it sent my body haywire. I developed a major histamine allergy and tried everything to fix it, but nothing would work. My wife found Seeking Health and their various histamine supplements. Since taking those, I am basically back to normal and can drink cold beverages, have wine, eat pizza, etc. I am so happy to have my life back!
A curious experience. I purchased a product and when I received it, it clearly stated that the product was two years old which is appx. the expiration date for vitamins and supplements. I wrote them to say that for the high price I would expect a fresher product and would either like a return/refund or a return/replacement with a more current manufacture date. I will say they were very pleasant and prompt in refunding my money and they also said they didn’t want me to return it to “help with the environmental cost of returns.” While I appreciate that, I do find it curious that any company wouldn’t want to have a $75 product returned, and I also find it telling that they didn’t offer me a fresher replacement product. That seems to indicate they don’t have any. Be careful…
The order arrived fast, but I had to pay a customs fee for international shipping, which I initially thought was included. It isn't mentioned anywhere on the checkout page that customs fees must be paid by the customer.
i'm happy to work with this company
The treatment was very useful and helped me get rid of the painful skin
So I have used them on many occasions and generally I am very happy with their products, however I recently ordered their NADH and CoQ10, in which it says 25mg of PANMOL NADH, but I later stumbled across the actual amount of NADH per lozenge and it is only 2.5mg, they have not refunded or been any help and just dismissed what I have said, also when I try to upload a review on their website saying this it wont let me, so I would guess they only accept positive reviews. So as you can imagine I am not impressed with this product even though I have been happy with other products, just be careful.
