For something touting itself as worry…

For something touting itself as worry free delivery and returns/refunds my package was left haphazardly in front of my door (which is on a very busy pedestrian street). It is generally clear to every postal worker to put it either in our vestibule or behind one of the four planters we have out front but that was not how this was left and as a consequence it was stolen. Then I had to jump through multiple hoops to get a refund. The "in person" chat is a bot and there is no opportunity to talk to a real person.

Seel made it so easy.

Seel made it so easy to get a refund and they didn’t hassle! I sent proof of the damage and they approved the claim, SUPER easy! I’ve dealt with other shipping insurances that ended up being a huge pain where I had to FIGHT for my refund (KendamaUSA) but not with SEEL! Seel is legit!

delivery problem

I had a few problems with my delivery as it seems my items were taken. I contacted seel via email and received a response within hours and also resolved my problem the same day. Very helpful and professional Thank you

I paid with cashapp so my refund method…

I paid with cashapp so my refund method should have been the same i couldnt get a refund on my order because i dont have paypal or bank account but when taking my money you guys accepted cashapp

It's worth it
