Do not order from here!

Do not order from here!! The clothes quality and fit was so disappointing despite the price, however what upset me the most was the customer service. Hounding me for answers on why I returned, blaming me for their costs and speaking to me terribly.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The “customer service” is appalling. Whoever sits behind the computer on the chat facility needs urgent training in basic manners and legalities around consumer rights. I have serious concerns that this business is being ran by children who are not yet ready to interact with people in the real world. It’s no surprise that the reviews are so mixed for this business and the experiences customers have are concerning. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

outfit arriving ridiculously late

payed £7 for saturday delivery as i knew shops like this were shut over the weekend. i needed the outfit for 4 day after i bought it so justified paying the £7. The next days i had received no information on the outfit or where it was so sent an email and was ignored aswell as that i sent a message on instagram and was ignored yet again. decided to send another email and threatened to take the ignorance to social media and was responded to and told it would come the next day (today) by 1PM. i have checked my tracking number and it has only just been given to royal mail and will not be here in time. i payed £7 for saturday delivery for it to not even turn up 4 days after saturday. absolutely ridiculous.

AVOID

The most delusional company I have ever ordered from. They told me my parcel is going to arrive on 3 separate days. Then told me it has arrived when it hadn't. The next day they told me its only just been shipped. I messaged asking for an update and questioned why i was told it has arrived if it hasn't.

Once i asked, they were giving me outrageous attitude and i got told to stop harassing them. I was asked 3 times what is wrong with me and called ridiculous.

What is wrong with me?? You have my parcel and my money. Piece it together and find the problem.

Right after this they blocked me.

Still haven't received my order and offered no apology when they are at fault as they said its not their problem.

No refund after returns and no reply

I returned 2 items on the 11 June 25, as of yet I have had no acceptance of the returns or any refund into my account. (See the further contact e mail below refering to these returns). I have the screen shots of the orders attched to the e mail.
Is there a contact phone number I can call in the UK?

Hi,
I returned 2 parcels containing the following over a month ago and my refund money has not been received.
What can you or I do to either speed up this process or rightfully receive my money?

amazing clothing brand

10/10 experience with this brand every time i order. quality is amazing never fails and delivery is super quick. had a problem with delivery due to amazon and they were so helpful and helped me recover my parcel!!!!! will continue shopping here my kids love it and their new brand miss attitude.

No Response to enquiry

Ordered a jacket for my daughter for Christmas on 5th December. Despite a text being received with a post office tracking number the jacket has not arrived. Post Office says that the package has not been posted. I have emailed multiple times for an update. No response. Steer clear, beginning to think they are scammers and the business does not exist!!

Response to Reply 5:00pm 27/12/24 - I have provided all all of the information you have requested in your reply multiple times via the "contact me" section on your website. I am not publishing personal information on a public forum. Why is it you can reply within one hour to a negative review on Trustpilot but cannot reply to the multiple attempts to contact you directly via your website.

We reply to all customers, any returns we need proof and a tracking number. All returns need to be within the time limit and not worn or damaged. The only time we don’t refund are if any of the above are an issue. .

‼️ My order never showed up‼️ No response despite countless attempts of contacting these clowns!! 🤡 If you like to throw money away this is the place to do it! They take your money and don’t respond! Do they know how business works?! Good luck if you gamble chancing an order, they give women in business a bad rep! Go back to school and learn some manners!!! Stop writing fake 5* reviews in hope to dilute the wave of negative reviews and mass complaints on ❌ SCAM ❌of the year! Your taking peoples money unlawfully! You do not deserve the mere 1*

Hello what is your order number ? We do reply and we don’t scam as you put it. All money is protected by the card or payment methods as that’s UK law. We would never keep hold of a customers money if the goods haven’t arrived when purchased through the website. And as for giving woman a bad rep the company is owned by a male and not sure why that would matter on your review.

The most unprofessional company ever

The most unprofessional company ever, I ordered an outfit and received a different item, human mistake and understandable so I messaged to return, I did NOT put a rude message but I got ignored and then blocked how rude, and then when I joined the tiktok live I got blocked again. The way they comment back to reviews is disgusting too. So I paid £30 and received a sale item ❌❌repeat I was not rude I simply said, hi I was sent the wrong item and then I was blocked, what a scamming company

Good little business.

I would just like to be honest...at first i was a little worried after not receiving my purchase after 6 days, i did contact them via email and messenger and got a response back within a couple of hours which was very apologetic and sincere, i think sometimes we are all a little to quick to jump to conclusions especially where money is concerned...sometimes people have things going on in their lives and things just halt a little temporarly. My order is now on its way and YES i would order from Imogen and I again. ⭐️⭐️

Amazing for clothes and customer service

Amazing for clothes. Ive been ordering from here for a long time now and each time im more than happy with the experience, staff are so friendly and helpful, the quality of clothes are amazing and they are beautiful, fast delivery and the customer service is great. x

This company is a scam

This company is a scam! Do not order from there!!
Placed an order in February for over £100 and still not received my goods! I asked for the items to be shipped to me asap as it was for my child birthday but got a vague reply and still no goods. I asked them to refund me the money and completely no reply!
I order most of my stuff online for years but this is the first time I have been scammed like this! This business is not legitimate. AVOID!!!

No refund of £100 order that I did not receive

Placed an order worth over £100 on the 1st of September and did not receive it. I messaged business account and sent them a picture of my bank statements which clearly showed the money has been sent to her however she denied receiving payment even though my bank has told me she has received it. Customer service is very bad. Owner of the business is rude and condescending. Would not order from again owner of the business is a thief

Hello all monies are protected for a customer. Please send details of order as we have asked that on previous emails as we don’t have an order u see the name you gave. We have no issue refunding orders that haven’t either been sent or arrived. Also the owner is male so not sure why you said her as I always reply .
