I was after a pair of Jacques Marie Mage sunglasses, in a very limited colorway and saw that Seen had one in stock.

I contacted them, and barely 24 hours after ordering, I am now holding my dream sunglasses.

This has to be one of the most genuine, positive and heart warming shopping experiences I've ever had. I had many questions and Seen helped answer every single one and more.

We live in rural Norfolk. We contacted Seen as the UK agents for the Australian high quality eye ware design specialists Niloca, to try to repair a broken set of glasses. Despite this design being about ten years old, Erika at Seen offered to make a repair. Suddenly to our great surprise, Colin Redmond the founder, designer and director of Niloca also responded by finding the right frames to replace the broken ones, shipped express to Seen, who then transferred the lenses - total cost to us the postage.
What exemplary customer service - particularly on the part of Erika who really worked hard to create a solution! Thank you so much for your help!

Ordered a pair of JMM sunglasses that were sold out elsewhere. Immediate delivery, packed with care and loved the colourful cleaning cloth from Seen. Would buy from again without hesitation!

Ordered some Garret Leight Wilson clip ons, arrived rapidly, packaged well, hand written note (nice touch), funky cleaning cloth.

In a word Excellent ! Great on the phone when I made an initial enquiry. Ordered 2 pais of expensive frames that didn't quite suit me. I sent them back the next day and got an immediate refund. Then I ordered some more glasses that were perfect with prompt delivery and same great service. Both my orders came with hand written notes (that were both very different each time) I thought this was a very nice personal touch ! Would highly recommend to anyone..

Exceptional service. The eye-test was quick, straight forward, and comfortable. The styling service after was perfect - the staff know exactly what styles work and don't work for you, and will be honest in their assessments. I walked out with some excellent pairs of glasses (and there is a wide range, some cheap, some admittedly on the expensive side) and would happily recommend the service to others.

The personal service is exceptional, keeping things tight so as not to overwhelm, but equally gently pushing you out of your comfort zone ensuring a perfect fit and quirky detail.
I have two pairs now both very different and have received soooo many compliments.
I am waiting for my new sunnies and I am sure they will be just as funky - I haven’t even seen the lens shape or size (these are rimless) however I trust them so much I ordered any way!! Keep up the great work team Seen you are 🤩 amazing

I had a full eye examination which Tareq carried out was great. Which was simple a knowledgeable experience, asking about my concerns and giving a full explanation on with situations for my eye health.

I also was styled in the showroom, which holds an amazing selection of lenses. Erica styled me with an amazing pair of Anne Valentine frames which I’m super excited to get next week.
