Absolutely diabolical

Absolutely diabolical. UPS tracker states a different delivery location to the tracker Nebula provider for the delivery. When I do not have the item. I have politely been battling for 3 months now, with the vast majority of emails ( which have been slow on response ) been full of misinformation, deceitful, immoral, and in some cases blatantly impossible and misleading “guidance”.

3 months in and Nebula have now managed to provide a proof of delivery from UPS with my name, when I was not home. And an empty signature box to prove that I have the item.

This being information UPS did not have attached to the tracking.

Massively out of pocket and running out of energy to consistently reply to a generic “ we don’t care “ statement in return.

Never again.

Shambolic.

I’ve been waiting over two months for a refund with no resolution from customer service despite multiple follow-ups. This delay has caused me to incur $300 in finance charges, yet the company continues to ignore my concerns. The lack of accountability and responsiveness is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.

Returned my projector and now they’re…

Returned my projector and now they’re claiming they can’t find it.

They made me purchase my own shipping label.

This has been going on for multiple months. I’ve been asked to open multiple claims with UPS.

UPS has done an investigation and has proven the delivery was successful. I cannot open any insurance claim with UPS for this. I’ve sent these UPS investigations to the company and they just ignore them.

All they want to do is to steal your money.

No out of warranty support

Got a Nebula Cosmos laser 4K. Unit became unresponsive and would not power on. Unit is out of short 1yr warranty.
Nebula say they can't replace, they can't repair AND you can't buy replacement parts.
What a joke for a £1,800 bit of kit.

Not delivered the 1st order, still waiting and bad customer service

Another person has already written about this issue, and I am facing the same problem. I haven’t received the ordered item, and the customer service staff, including manager Shane, are not answering my questions.

The status of my first order shows "delivered," but I haven’t received it. It has been almost a month since I placed the order. According to See Nebula, the delivery date is 3-7 days, but when I contacted customer service and confirmed the shipping status, they told me I have to wait 10 business days if I don’t receive the item. This is unfair.
I was offered a replacement, and I really hope to receive it as soon as possible, but I no longer trust their company.

A big problem is that they did not provide me with the shipping carrier's contact number (they mentioned it was Amazon Logistics), so I am unable to contact them directly when the item hasn’t been delivered. We can only check the tracking status on See Nebula’s website.

I believe the product is good, but I do not recommend ordering from here. It might be fine if you receive the item quickly or are willing to wait a long time for your order.

Additional Note
They replied to me by recommending that I cancel the order and buy it on Amazon. This is very strange because it had been 4 days since the replacement offer. I don’t understand why I was still able to cancel the order, and the customer service was rude. However, I was able to get a refund in 3 days, which could have been much worse.

Anyway, I will never order from here again. Please do not use this website.

Consider a TV instead

Good product while it lasted. After 2,5 years it started to shut down from overheating after just 10-30 minutes of use. Lately it's been after just a couple of seconds before the device turns off. Obviously I just need to clean the fan. But Nebula offers no support after the warranty period is over (12 months). Pretty crazy for a product that is $1,400. I would avoid it and either go for a TV or a product where you know they have repair service and/or instructions on how to open the device and clean it yourself.

I received an empty damaged box in a…

I received an empty damaged box in a jiffy bag that had clearly been opened somewhere along the line, I contacted them within hours of delivery after opening, they asked for pictures of everything which I provided and zero response, contacted customer service that cannot do anything, all they say is sorry we will forward to the Nebula team, Nebula team reply with a standard email, I then provided camera footage of the delivery to show the packaging, I do not believe they would send a projector in a Jiffy bag no matter how incompetent they are. Last email was that "I should report this to my local police station because it could be a case of theft during transit"
I wrote back and told them that I have a contract with Nebula not there logistics company and its there duty to notify the police and take up the issue with there Logistics company not mine as they have not delivered what has been paid for.
I'm now in the midst of trying to recover my money through a charge back on my card, For these type of transactions, I would always advise to use a credit card or a service like paypal Klarna etc, this a Chinese company that does not understand UK consumer law quite clearly.

I purchased a projector from this company, it was supposed to be delivered by amazon logistics.
what I got was a box of long life milk cartons throw somewhere and they said it was "delivered"
I have phoned, emailed and sent letters
they simply Will not contact amazon and simply say its "delivered" yet offer no proof of delivery and cant be bothered to rise a query.

someone at amazon or nebula is having a field day scamming people.
the company or amazon simply do not care and cant be bothered to simply call amazon.

this company is a scam
you will not get a product
they don't care about customers

Purchased 2 projectors 1 for myself 1 for my parents, had taken about a week for them to be sent out and when they were I wish they had just cancelled my order instead because come to find out they use Amazon logistics to send their items and if you check the reviews for them on here you’ll see for yourself, but quite possibly the worst Delivery service going, worst than EVRi. But back to my experience with nebula, my packages were marked as delivered but weren’t delivered to me. I contact nebula and was told to check with my neighbours again which I had already done and to wait until the 11th (11 days after it had been marked as delivered) and if it hadn’t turned up by then they would arrange a replacement. So the 11th comes round, right now I’ve been waiting around 20 for my goods since I ordered them, I contact them and they tell me to confirm my address for a replacement. I confirm the address but tell them I’d buy rather just have a refund since it’s been so long. I’m then hit with a shocking response that they can’t offer me a refund or replacement even though they already offered me it! And to contact the carrier to file a missing parcel claim. Shouldn’t they do this on their end? Shouldn’t they have already done this when I told them about my missing parcel what was the 11 day wait about? They claim they cannot offer me a replacement until it’s confirmed missing. But had already offered me one? Right now I have no projectors and I’m out around £1,900. Don’t purchase from these crooks.

Couldn't get it to work

Couldn't get it to work. It projects a small blur on the wall, no documentation on what to do next. Seems like it only works via a mobile app, it has a hdmi port, but won't work from my laptop. Will be returning

I WISH I NEVER DEALT WITH THEM AT ALL.
THEY MAKE IT VERY HARD FOR YOU TO RETURN AN ITEM ALTHOUGH IT CLEARY STATES THAT YOU CAN RETURN IT FOR ANY REASON. THEY JUST KEEP DELAYING THE RETURN IT'S NEARLY A MONTH NOW BACK AND FORTH JUST TO GET A LABEL FOR A FAULTY ITEM.

Charged twice for £2k projector and struggling to get a refund

Honestly thought this company couldn’t get any worse. They took payment from me on the 14th June, £1800. They failed to ship the product. They advised me to purchase directly from Amazon U.K. and they would cancel the order. I did that and the goods arrived the next day. They then said they failed to cancel the order but don’t worry the goods arrived on Saturday. No they didn’t, it’sa Business address and there is no access at the weekends. This was on the 18th of June. I’ve spent the last two weeks asking for a refund as they failed to deliver and couldn’t provide any signature. They point blank refused saying if they did that, then they will be out of pocket for both the projector and the money. What is that about? That’s not my problem, that’s theirs. I escalated this case and got the exact same response from the manager, Shane. He kept saying “don’t worry we will refund you soon”. Guess what. I woke this morning, the 1st of July to an email saying my order is out for delivery. I give up. I’ve put the issue into the hands of my credit card company. I don’t have the time to fight this any longer. What a shambles of a business.

I placed an order for a 4k Laser projector, £2k. It failed to ship for several days so i contact customer services. They advised me to buy from Amazon UK as they had them in stock and they would cancel the direct order with them (also ships from Amazon..), so i did this, now 4K out of pocket.
The Amazon delivery arrived the next day as planned.. the projector truly is very good. However, I was then notified by the same Nebula customer services agent that they failed to stop the shipment coming out from them directly and it had been delivered at work on the Saturday.
I found this hard to believe as my offices don't open on the weekend and they are behind a sealed gate and fence.
I waited for the Monday to check and as thought, no delivery, even though they are telling me it was dropped off on Saturday the 18th June.
I advised them that they hadn't and even offered CCTV for the timing they say it was delivered to prove it. They said they didn't need this, but I would need to wait until the 3rd of July before they can do anything about it... err.. i don't think so....
I've requested they refund the money to me as they have clearly either delivered to the wrong location or not at all, either way, this isn't my fault. They have refused. I've now escalated this to another level, but they too have refused.

I've now put this into the hands of the credit card as a disputed payment.

Finally thoughts.
Great product, let down by poor customer services.

So many issues

Ordered a projector costing almost £600 on Saturday, delivered the following day via Amazon (who Nebula use for their distribution/shipping) - Amazon driver dropped the projector over a 1.5 meter gate which was the first issue. Upon opening the Nebula box (inside the Amazon box) it appeared a bit dirty and there were little 'bits' on things. Hmmm. Made me wonder if a used unit was reboxed and sold as 'new' (see another reviewer's comments on this below). On testing the unit itself, there were lots of issues evident - the worst of which was what looks like dust and scratches on the inside of the lens! Other issues were bluetooth dropout with JBL speaker (which works perfectly with other devices) and image quality poor (possibly something to do with the crap all over the lens). Initiated a complaint/warranty return through Nebula's website and have heard NOTHING. I would like this item collecting and a refund provided without delay. FWIW, I have re-ordered the same model this time directly from Amazon (as they have a policy on high value items where a code has to be given to the delivery driver - meaning they should NOT be dropping this over a gate without attempting delivery) and will give the Nebula Solar Portable a second chance. I will update this review once I have heard back from Nebula regarding the faulty unit and awful delivery experience, my refund processed, and once the new unit ordered direct from Amazon has been tested. In all, a terrible experience so far!
