The worst experience ever! I waited 1 month for delivery, and I received something completely different than what I ordered! It can't even be worn, it looks horrible, it has nothing to do with the pictures! Waste of money!

Guys, don't buy anything from this website! They sell terrible copies of well-known brands! They don't accept returns; the items on their website look original, but they send very poor quality products! Also, you have to return the item with a receipt in Chinese, which costs about $120 and even then they don't give you a refund, but send you a gift card instead! Don't make the same mistakes I did!

It a scam don’t buy from them.

My order was never sent to me.
After 6 weeks I have no answer from Seensense

The worst company to deal with , the items displayed are totally different from what you get in terms of style and quality , they never give you your money back

THIS IS A SCAM TYPE OF BEHAVIOR. Reading that the quality is despicable, we can’t really retrace our articles, that website is nonsense !

English:
I ordered a “Satin” dress for my Engagement party. The quality of the dress ist quite low. It took more than 2 weeks to arrive. But it is not that important for me. The quality ist sooo bad 😢 it is not satin at all. It was a cheap strechy T-Shirt material. Quality was like a dress from Temu. But it costs 150 bucks.
They offered me a Gift Card instead of sending my money. I don’t want to buy another cloth from this company. I want to receive my money back. I contacted with the Customer Service and hopefully they send my money back.
And I hope I don’t have to pay a ridiculous amount of money for the return!

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von Ssense! Finger weg von dieser Firma. Ich habe mir ein “Satin” Kleid für meine Verlobungsfeier bestellt. Die Qualität ist sehr sehr sehr schlecht. Erstens das Kleid ist nicht Satin, sondern wie ein strechy T-Shirt Stoff. Qualität wie Temu. Dafür kostet das Kleid 150 €.

HORRIBLE dress that also came torn! Cheap dress that costed me $250 AUD. I will be emailing them for a refund and possibly even threatening legal action.

I’m the same person as before — even worse to come back. I had to contact the customer service team 3 times on two different platforms before they replied. They also offered me a gift card and they kept pressuring me to rescind my review. After that, they said they had initiated the transfer and that it would be complete in 7 days, they still hadn’t and they didn’t reply until I literally threatened them. I will be contacting my bank for the remainder of the refund. I paid 99 USD for the dress and they only sent me 82 USD citing delivery costs. The other item I bought was so low quality too and I initially didn’t ask for a refund but it was so bad and their entire customer service was so horrible I will be contacting my bank for the full refund.

They never shipped my order. It has been a whole month since I purchased my order. So I had to contact my bank.

I got a jacket and I love it! Got many compliments on it online and in real life. The quality is very good and the delivery was kinda fast to be honest. I didn’t wait too long.
