Positive experience throughout!
I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews, but there was absolutely no reason to be. Needed a new phone quickly and Seentat were the only place I could find it in stock. Added bonus was that it was almost 25% cheaper!
Ordered, processed and delivered very quickly. Even over the Christmas period!
Would definitely recommend and will use again myself.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Seentat. I ordered a specific Canon camera model (the IXUS 285 HS), clearly advertised on their website, and instead received a different branded version. While the company argued that the technical specifications are the same, the EU branding, instructions, charger etc was a key factor in my purchasing decision and the reason I paid a premium price. Had I wanted the alternative branding, it was available elsewhere for less.
Customer service dismissed this and offered an useless 3% discount on a future purchase. Further emails have been completely ignored.
Poor service, no accountability, and not a company I’d trust again.

Please beware before buying anything from these people! The camera sent clearly states on the packaging that it is not to be sold outside of Japan, has no uk charger, warranty or instructions. Customer service is appalling - refusing to accept the item for a refund. I have been advised by this company that, should they eventually decide to allow me to return it, I will have to pay postage (to a non-uk address) and they will deduct 30% of the item value (£100!) for no reason. Total untrustworthy scam. Avoid.

I’ve ordered twice from this company and both experiences have been fantastic. Initially, I was skeptical when I saw the price of a pair of Bose headphones—it seemed too good to be true—but I decided to take the chance, and I’m glad I trusted my judgment.
Later, when I wanted a GoPro, there was only one website I considered. Again, they offered the cheapest price around, and the process was smooth with no complaints whatsoever.
I’m honestly surprised when I see people suggesting it’s a scam because my experience has been nothing but positive. Great prices, reliable service—I highly recommend them!
