Beats headphones order

I ordered beats headphones on the 3rd of October and they arrived by the 6th of October.
They arrived by DHL and in perfect parcel condition. They work perfectly and I'm so happy I got them for £135.99 rather than Amazon's price of £199. Such good value especially in this high cost of living times.

Trustworthy.

OnePlus Pad 3, brand new. I received it faster from Hong Kong than from many suppliers in the UK. Ordered on Friday and had my new toy on Monday. Awesome!

Why are stupid people complaining about DHL shipping here? Leave one star on the DHL website, not here.

Absolutely Worth it

Bought Some Sony WH-1000XM5 they were about £80 cheaper then everywhere else on the market, I thought It would be a fake product but it was 100% real it was just imported from Saudi Arabia but that's not a problem they work perfectly fine with all the features and they sound extremely well also they came in 5 days since I ordered on a Saturday it was really worth it saving £80 I recommend.

OnePlus Pad 3

OnePlus Pad 3, brand new and security sealed delivered, great service faster than expected (almost missed the DHL driver) only got a dispatched email. Lucky he knocked loudly, most don't.

Needless to say a hell of a lot cheaper, having bought my OnePlus 9 Pro phone in a similar fashion, avoiding rip off Britain prices, sometimes too good to be true turns out very well if you are prepeared to shop around and pay with a credit card (for added protection)

Superb service from Seentat, stunning tablet.

Good Customer Service

Communication with the company was good. I was doubtful that my item would arrive after ordering and receiving no tracking information for 6 days. When I reached out they expedited the process and had my camera with me a few days later. Product came in perfect order and well packaged. It may take a little longer to get your item but its worth the wait if you are getting a discount on retail prices.

I ordered a new Samsung galaxy s25+…

I ordered a new Samsung galaxy s25+ when I tried to set it up with my UK sim card I found that my sim free unlocked new phone was locked to a USA c spire network. I contacted Seentat and got no reply so I had to pay £50 to get it hopefully unlocked! I'm still waiting it to be completely unlocked.

.it was brand new as decried and was cheaper than other
When Arrived I had some problems with the phone ,I explained the issue, with some photos
They replied me after couple of days and advised me what to do ,

And I followed the instructions the problems was fixed

Buyer beware!!

You will find that if something looks too good to be true, it probably is. I purchase the latest Apple TV box (3rd generation). This was cheaper than anywhere else in the UK.... there must be a catch. Well there was. When it was delivered, it had a foreign power cord.
The box was delivered on the Thursday, so tried to contact them to register the issue. The direct line goes straight to voice mail. Looking closer, they only respond to communication over WhatsApp, but still no joy, so resorted to email. Today I receive an email informing me that a lot of their stock is purchased out of the UK, hence the cost and the foreign power lead. There was no apology, and no attempt to resolve the issue. Please also be aware that if an item is purchased from outside of the UK, it might not be covered by a warranty.

No uk 3 pin plug

I purchased an iPad 11th generation. The item was delivered within the time scale as advertised. Unfortunately, upon opening it, I have found that it has come with a non uk plug, thus making it impossible to charge unless I purchase my own plug. The website states that Seentat open products and replace the non uk plugs with the correct one. I have emailed and WhatsApped Seentat but have not had a response. Pretty poor after sales especially when they boast about it on their website.

Don't Trust - Scam !

Horrible Experience

I was browsing for a new mobile, in the website and found a nice option, instead of adding to cart accidently checked out I think and because my G mail is linked to wallet, Payment is also done ✅
I checked out as a guest (because it's accidental)
I was hoping for a confirmation e mail
Got Nothing , checked Spam , Nothing

I tried calling because I didn't get any emails
No response

Emailed - No response

I would recommend to completely avoid at any cost

I was browsing because it seemed Genuine from outside, but they have worst customer support, No communication, nothing.

No delivery, no refund AVOID more lies

This is an update to a previous Trustpilot entry. I ordered an ipad as a gift for someone going in to have major surgery. DHL express tried to deliver it the day before they had advised that they would, I.e due on the 9th but the courier tried on the 8th. No one at home. What then followed was a series of lies from DHL who handed the item to a third part stating that deliveries had been attempted but no one was at home. Lie after lie after lie. There are cameras. This was reported to Seentat who promised a refund. No refund.
Now seentat are saying that when they have the item returned to them they will issue a refund. Will this be when it is returned to Hong-Kong?

Lie followed by prevarication. Their office address is a virtual office where there are hundreds of other companies listed on Companies House. I have raised the issue with PayPal but they need to talk and get details from Seentat. Incompetent, arrogant and bordering, at the moment, in fraud in my opinion.

Now the refund will happen - in 4 days time. So I continue to wait to receive MY MONEY so that I can buy from a different ethical company.

Checked with PayPal and it shows the refund today but Seenstat Narstain says the goods were refused.

i actually did not have high hopes seeing as the price was way too good to be true, the apple watch s10 i ordered came in 6 days and has WARRANTY as well one downside was the blood oxygen function was disabled as it was a US unit that had a patent dispute making it so that you cannot view the blood oxygen on the watch but only on the app once you update the watch to the latest OS

Hidden gem of a website.

Was a bit skeptical about this site when I first ordered my GoPro HERO 12, wondered if it was a scam for being so cheap( it wasn’t ) got frequent updates with my order and it arrived early, It was a genuine GoPro HERO 12 and I saved about 70 quid ordering from this site, couldn’t recommend more.

Galaxy S25+

I nearly canceled this order based on my friends telling me it's not a well known company and it's in China so it will be a fake however I took the gamble based on it's reviews and I have to say I am very happy with my new phone. It is intact brand new and works absolutely fine. The bonus was how cheap it was. I saved over £400 buying from Seentat. I will most definitely use this company again. I highly recommend it.
