BE AWARE: They will try not to accept return and will try to come up with all kind of excuses!!!
I was returning new glasses that has not been used to Line Krogh (shop assistant), and she instantly declared that she can't accept as it was ordered specifically for me
(I have ordered frame with polarized glass that they initially didn't have when I come first time) - I didn't agreed with this argument as this is just a an ordinary order from the shop, absolutely lame excuse. After a minute she start using argument that glasses was used! Well, yes, I had to put glasses on my self in the shop to check how does it fit and that was only occasion when I used them - that is absolutely ridiculous argument - I have disagreed with that as they have not been wearied even a minute! (btw, even if product is used they have to accept it!)
Then in a second she come up even with more ridiculous argument: "For the price I payed (1500dkk for RB4171 Erika) I have to accept the product, and that is not fare from my side to buy a product for this price and return afterwards" - I have never heard such things in my life!!! She is trying to cheat me and at the same time saying it’s not fare from my side!
At the end I stated that I want to use my customer rights of return that valid for all products with in 30 days! And after she heard that, magically in 30 second money was returned!
I do conclusion that she is trying to come up with all kind of arguments for not accepting product - that is absolutely not acceptable behaviour for the shop of this level!
I will never come back there and will advice to align return with this shop before you buy something there!
p.s. Finishing of the RayBan plastic frame was awful! If you want to buy polirised lenses take a look into other brends, all lenses are done with the same technology and has no difference. For a RayBen you pay to much for brand itself!
