Suzanne at Sefftons has been exceptional from the very beginning. After trying two other estate agents who couldn’t secure a sale, everything changed once I moved to Sefftons. My property instantly gained far more interest, and within a month I had an offer accepted. Although that sale fell through due to a chain issue, Suzanne acted quickly and had the property back on the market without delay.

Her communication, commitment, and determination throughout the whole process have truly stood out. She makes you feel like a valued client rather than just another listing. I’m extremely grateful for all her hard work — she consistently went the extra mile.

As a buyer, I've found Sefftons to be fantastic! The agents have been so professional, kind and helpful. I really liked that they were friendly and approachable and not at all pushy like some other estate agents that I looked a properties with. Suzanne and Charlotte have been great at keeping me updated on progress and made the whole process pretty stress free. They've found me a great house, so not looking to move any time soon, but I will definitely be giving them a call if I sell in the future.

This is how Estate Agency should be. From the start Avril and her whole team are enthusiastic and are more than happy to help. They provided alot of support for getting our ex rental property onto the market, when our lettings agency Sequence had proved quite frankly truly awful both in terms of service to us and our tenants. Sefftons have kept us informed every step of the way and have restored my faith in how Estate Agencies should be run.

We had already had some valuations from a different agent for our property, when we looked around a house which was on the market with Sefftons. Straight away we could tell that Conrad really knew his stuff, and after offering us a very competitive fee we listed our property with Sefftons. We have zero regrets with choosing Conrad and his team; they have been amazing every step of the way. The listing on rightmove was fantastic and the photography and video skills were just absolutely stand out compared to other agents. Conrad, Avril and Darren were always so happy to help us with anything and really went above and beyond to keep our sale running smoothly. Whilst looking at a property in a new area, we found Darren extremely knowledgeable about both the house and the lifestyle the area offered.
