Great web interface, poor customer service

Great website interface, competitive prices, and fast shipping. However, I was disappointed by their lack of professionalism. They sent me the wrong item and they insisted that I, the customer should cover the additional shipping costs to return it, and receive the correct product. When I visited their warehouse months later to resolve the issue in person, they refused to help, claiming the order was too old for an exchange.

Customer service should always be a priority, and this experience left a negative impression. While I might still consider purchasing from them due to their user-friendly website and quick delivery, I’ll be cautious and opt for alternative vendors when possible.
