The experience was the worst I've ever had. Their website is a lie; I ordered a desk as it was the cheapest I've seen online; in case you are tempted, don't bother; the transaction was stuck in pending for two days, weird for a webshop. Then, their website says orders are dispatched in 24 hours if they are in stock... I tried to cancel the order, but someone rang me back on a mobile 24 hours later, trying to pressure me not to cancel, and they were waiting on shipping as it needed a pallet... I cancelled, and they said I would be refunded. No refund. I had to contact my credit card company to get my money back.
If anyone hasn’t been refunded or not received orders from this company, please contact Citizen’s Advice for legal advice and report to Trading Standards.

Purchased two fairly expensive DJ equipment (crane) stands from them, came without assembly instuctions. These things are NOT easy to put together, and there are about 10 different ways to do it, none of which seem to work fully. Have tried to call, email, Twitter and Facebook Sefour to get a copy of the manual. No joy.

Poor quality finish on products, no reply from customer services.

Ordered a DJ table in July 2020... almost 7 months later and still no table. Took my money and will not reply to mails or calls. Avoid this company at all costs!

Ordered more than 3 months ago a Dj Stand, they just took my money and never delivered the product.
Avoid buying from Sefour directly, IT’S A SCAM.

I ordered a DJ Stand over a month a go and have had zero correspondence. Np reply to emails or phone calls.

More than 2 weeks ago I ordered directly from Sefour and still not received anything. After continuous emails, phone calls and even using their contact us web form, I have received zero correspondence. However Sefour happily took my money the day after I ordered (not a small amount either). Poor customer service is an understatement. My advice from this experience is to avoid purchasing any Sefour products.

Bought an item got no email confirmation. Then poor communication chasing up. Goods arrived not as expected then requested to return and was ignored. Then finally instructed to courier to them at my own expense. Spent further £25 on courier and now failed delivery 3 times and now ignoring all emails while im left further out of pocket. Total cowboys. Worst online shopping experience ive ever had avoid like plague

I purchased a rack from them a few weeks ago. Happily took my money but never even bothered sending me a confirmation email or the item itself.

Emailed them twice - both of which were ignored & the staff via the phone have no interest in helping.

Avoid at all costs!

The it products are good and delivered fast. But if you need to return a faulty item, or an item that you can't use, they ignore your emails and calls. Presumably they do this so that after a few weeks or months, you have less legal right to get your money back.
