I love the look, and design of the door. The fitter Gavin T, was meticulous on checking measurements, the alignment of the door, and adjustment of the locks. He was patient, and made sure that I could open and close the door with ease, before he left our premises. Unfortunately, when I tried to unlock the door after he left, I could not get it open. I rang the SEH/BAC office, and Gavin T returned immediately, gave me advice, made more adjustments and checked my actions to ensure I was able to use the key comfortably. The reason I had problems was because I have arthritis in my hands, so check with the sales rep, when you order, to ensure you do not have the same initial problems I had. From showroom to finish we were very impressed with the organisation of the conservatory project. We were given a schedule of works which pretty much stuck to plan this enabled us to get on with our lives with minimal disruption. All of the contractors were polite and respectful of the house and surroundings. We are loving our new space. Thank you.

From show room to paying everyone was excellent, service was excellent in show room made very welcome, fitters were excellent professional, and the staff dealing with order and paying excellent as well, I will come back to SEH BAC , THANK YOU ALL

There is nothing I can fault about my window and door installation.I was unable to be there so did not meet the 2 gentleman but when I came home I was very pleased with the results.They were very tidy , there was no mess got me to clear up .The windows and doors look great

Our window lock failed 2years 10 months after installation, they now want us to pay just over £96 to replace it. Disgusting. We have had quite a few problems with this company so I could not in all conscience recommend them.

First time we have engaged with this provider and we found everyone really friendly and helpful answering the questions we asked, and ones we didn’t. Professional and efficient.

All went well from design to construction, the quality of the product is superb.

We had a great experience with this company. From our initial visit to our local showroom, then taking care of the planning application (conservation area), to the installation of the windows, the service was great. Our installers Marc and Nigel did a fantastic job, very neat and tidy. The conservation grade windows look really authentic and definitely compliment our house. Well done to the whole team!

This is the third time we have used SEHBAC - and every time, it has been a smooth, efficient and friendly service. They do what they say they will do - on time and with a smile! The fitter that we had was friendly, neat and tidy and helpful. The installation of both our new front door and a cat flap are very neat and tidy jobs and the quality of the finished product is excellent. Thoroughly recommended.

The process has been so pleasant. The showroom in chelmsford is amazing. There is so much choice of products to choose from and you can see what you are getting. Mark has been brilliant to deal with. Very knowledgeable and professional to work with.

Great staff, our confidence to be able to leave it in your experienced hands was justified, really happy with the speed, cleanliness and result. Happy customers.

The aluminium bi-fold doors with integral blinds are excellent and the fitters, Nigel and Malc were very professional and made a great job of the installation.

When we ordered our windows, come the installation date, the wrong windows turned up, so installation did not go ahead. When windows and doors were installed, workmanship was really shoddy and various fitters were sent back to rectify the faults. Even the Sales Person that sold us the windows, got so fed up with the company and their inability to do anything properly, he left the company. Today, 22/11/2025, on unlocking the front door, on removing the key, the lock fell out and we were unable to lock the door and secure the house. I called SEHBAC and was assured someone would call me back and arrange to come and repair the lock. No one called back and the showroom is closed for the day, so we have no way of securing our house. Please don't waste your money on this sorry excuse of a window and door company. Their promises are just lip service and mean nothing

5 stars for the fitters Marc and Nigel. Both we very polite, clean workers and extremely helpful. They arrived promptly and worked without a break until the job was done.

Only 4 stars at present as a couple of the window panels have a small scratches on them. These things happen and, provided they are sorted in a timely matter, I will happily give 5 stars
