Great product at a reasonable price. Top quality and well packaged. My old knifes were not so sharp and I had a casual way of handling them. Unpacking my new seido knife set, I accidentally cut myself several times; nothing serious. Sharpness of these knifes are second to none!

Bought a set of knives for over 500 dollars handles started to come apart and wouldn't replace I hand wash only some the knives started having pieces after first use. This is a garbage company that doesn't honor warranty and knowingly sells defective products.

This company would not replace or even help with a broken handle of a knife that I did not even use yet. To much money out for crap help after the fact.

A beauty selection of quality knives at competitive prices.
Will definitely be a return customer.

I bought a 5 pc set a number of years ago. I loved all of the knives but the small paring knife became my favorite for little projects.
The longer serrated edge soon after became my second favorite. Always sharp and ready to go.
The longer paring knife is perfect for cutting corn off the cob.

I purchased Seido knives in place of my student set for culinary school. The same knives were a $500 markup through my school. Seldo knives were recommended by my professors and are wonderful knives and easy to sharpen, and stay sharp a very long time.

Best sharp knife I've ever used. One must be careful it's so sharp.

My first set of presumably premium knives The knives straight out the box were great. However, after a year of use, I find the knives are still incredibly sharp, but they rust easily. Don't know if I'm supposed to oil them after each use and keep them wrapped up in cloth or what I should do. I use them but they're not my go-to because they still feel unbalanced and too light, like the tong isn't long enough for the handle, or the handle itself doesn't have enough bulk or mass. I have large hands but they're not that large. They're okay but fall short of my expectations of what a premium knife should be. Through this purchase I've learned sharpness isn't everything as all knives should be sharp by definition. Functionality means more. Again, they're sharp, but so is my Oneida and it fits perfectly in my hand, is perfectly balanced, doesn't rust, and can be put in a drawer naked not slathered in oil for pennies on the dollar. They're beautiful knives to look and guests marvel at their appearance when mounted. They look good and slice good, but they just don't feel good in my hand. Perhaps I should have gotten a different color?

I had purchased another brand of knife for a Christmas gift for a gentleman that worked for me. When they came in they were absolutely horrible quality I contacted the company and they said there was nothing they could do. So I ordered a set of these knives and the quality was 100% on point. I was shocked at how nice these knives were and how well made they were. I will order a set for me for Christmas this year and display them in my kitchen. If you're even thinking in about a set of knives this company is very stand up and they make a good product.

We bought our first Seido knife in January of this year & have since added to our collection. They have a great product & customer service. I accidentally double ordered recently & they were very quick to fix my error. I will always be a customer of Seido!

I love my Seido. Been rocking with my kiritsuke for a few months now and it holds its edge, has nicked my knuckle while butchering a couple times…now I’m breaking down whole ribeyes, chicken, lamb and fish. This bad boy has been holding me down as I progress from cook, to chef.
My lady likes using it at home too. She’s becoming a little chef. So proud of her.
