Worth every penny
This knife is solid for the price bracket - it has a comfortable handle and decent balance. It has held its edge for me very well in my busy kitchen and has become my favorite daily use knife.

Fast shipping, excellent knives
Aside from blazing fast shipping, I was impressed by the quality of the steak knives I purchased. In the past, I purchased cheap steak knives that, ultimately, needed quite a bit of sawing. With the Seido product, no sawing is needed. Very satisfying!
