Got screwed. Got tricked because they don't reply.
It's a scam. They took 27.90 after 3 reminders and a very well done PDF with "complains" of the SCHUFA on negative.
I was stupid to paid for it... Company is a massive scam. They just bill you for "something" saying is free... A V O I D THIS AT ALL COST. Don't fall for it. DO NOT PAY IT. Service was NEVER provided.

Fraud "Die kostenlose Selbstauskunft von der SCHUFA"
It was written "Die kostenlose Selbstauskunft von der SCHUFA" on the website. Even google searches show this message. So I applied and now getting reminders for the bill every month. I have tried to contact them a lot of times by email and phone. No response from the company.

The worse!!
Did not notice over the charge, and canceled immediately the Schufa request right through email! About 3 weeks later got an email reminder to ask me to pay!!!!!! No response over email!! No response over phone!!!!!! Be careful people! This is a criminal company!!!!!!

Avoid this Service!!!
I have ordered service from this firma and only after making and order, I received info, that service will be delivered within the period, that is too late for my purpose. I have immediately tried to cancel the order, but no reaction received from this company. Instead they started to threaten me to pay the the bill and kept ignoring my messages. I don’t even know if they have delivered the service as I moved from my previous apartment. So, to summarize - avoid this firma as they are only interested to charge. Very poor or absent customer service
