The quotes I got elsewhere were ridiculous but this company offered the same benefits for almost half the price.

An honest opinion
To be honest I never had to claim so I am not sure if my contribution helps anyone. The process of procuring cover for my trip was very easy and all correspondence with the company was easy to understand. The policy offered everything I needed and was the most cost effective of all the companies I checked. And honestly that was the main reason I utilized their services.
