Tom answered all my questions and was very professional. He wasn’t pushy. He was generally concerned about my concerns and did a great job in promoting Select Auto Protect.

Joe Garcia was very professional in speaking with me for the first time and explaining the service in detail. There was no high pressure tactics nor any going back and Forths . He was very congenial and forthcoming.

I called to see if Select Auto could provide me a competitive price on my new vehicle. They went above and beyond and provided a great price and threw in a few extras to sweeten the deal! This is the second vehicle they're covering and we have been very pleased thus far! Great value!

I was given the information I needed to my the best choice of warranty's for my truck

I had best deal and auto protection policy but once i had car problems of course i send towing to the dealer but next day auto protection not cover and i have to towing back to normal mechanics shops but still not cover which is really bad service and i have to paid from my pocket. I call auto protection company and complain but this company never answers and leaves messages and couple day later i have to called and wait another 20 minutes and finally one person manager told me dosent cover i had unlimited cover best one but nothing cover and few months later i want to cancel policy and till now i dont get any refunds at all very disappointed and bad service if anyone from auto protection company look this message please find out my file and explain why not refund any !!!

I was online looking for a warranty to replace the one I purchased the day before from Jack Hanania Chevolet. At any rate I received a call from Select, it was Joe Garia. He was very knowledgable about all of their products. He was kind and very pleasure to work with. He knew what kind of warranty I was seeking to replace the dealership's warranty. The accommodating customer service makes it all worth it.

Although I payed a lot of money for the premium coverage and therefore contribute to their salary, I had to wait days for someone of the "corporate" to get back to me.
Well, nobody ever did. It was only after several attempts that I had some one in the authorization dept. on the phone who to said that my claim has apparently been denied(!)
Don't waste your money!

Company is scamming people always find an excuse why not to pay out claims.
