I called because my blind wasn’t…fitting

I called because my blind wasn’t fitting and the associate I think his name was Varun Sing was wonderful! I had the guarantee fit so he did an order for a new blind for me no extra cost. I’m so happy with him and the company I am going to find the right colors and order for all my windows! Thank you

Not that awesome

Somewhat disappointed in the overall craftsman. The end caps are on loosely, there's no plastic pull tab for the blind, only 2 attachment brackets for a very long, wide blind.

Honestly terrible company

Honestly terrible company. I ordered 7 blinds from them. Two arrived broken and all felt cheap.

I selected the "free make good" on each of the blinds when purchasing and yet they told me that I didnt and refused to honor it.

Will never order from them again and will make sure everyone knows about it.

What a Gem! Easy to follow instructions to place my…

Easy to follow instructions to place my order. Plenty of fabric desigs and colors to choose from. Easy to reach customer service when I had questions about my order. Customer service was courteous and eager to assist. I recommend Select Blinds to everyone.

Nice but would not go with No-Drill option again

Blinds arrived right when they said they would. They are very pretty. I did choose the No-Drill Blinds and they do not stay up well. I double checked the measurements, and the blinds are the correct size, but 3 out of the 5 I ordered do not stay in the window. I am constantly having to push them back in place, and sometimes they fall out completely. I did try adding felt to the ends for more traction and it only helped for a couple of days .

In order to verify if your products were made correctly or not, we just need a few photos of the headrail from you. 

For each item affected, please take two photos of the measuring tape while measuring the aluminum part of the headrail only. We will need one photo showing the entire measuring tape, and one up close photo showing the final measurement of the headrail. Please refer to the image below to see what part of the headrail we will need to see being measured. 

Please note warranty remakes cannot be altered from the original order.

slow shipping

Order tracking was a bit flaky and shipping was slow. selectblinds.com website showed "production complete" and "shipped" on February 20. No status updates until February 25, when FedEx finally picked up the package. The package then took about a week to arrive (March 3).

Not high quality and could be better

Not high quality and could be better. I needed two shades for my bathroom. Did exact measurements. They’re super short on each side and the edges are already looking like cheap material. The top valance has threads coming off and we haven’t even touched it. Won’t buy here again.

Very nice looking shade

I received my order in a timely manner. They were easy to install. My only problem is I would like a remote control for them and can’t seem to find which one I should purchase. I had purchased a hub that was suggested, but it was the Ron one and I had a problem returning it. However, I did get it returned, but I do wish I had a remote. The shades are very nice looking and I have gotten lots of compliments on them. In fact, my daughter ordered some.
