Beautiful Blinds

We measured the windows exactly what…

We measured the windows exactly what was shown in the guide and the blinds came in too small. The fabric was not what we were expecting. It was almost like a plastic cover

Thank you for reaching out to us! We apologize for your concerns about the measurements you received. In order to verify if your products were made correctly or not, we just need a few photos of the product from you.

For each product affected, please take 2 photos using a steel measuring tape. If the discrepancy is for the width, you will measure end to end across the headrail only. If it is for the height, you will need to fully lower the product and measure from the top of the headrail to the bottom of the bottom rail.

The first photo should show the whole product with the measuring tape going end to end and the second photo should be a close-up of the final measurement. Also, please confirm the size of the shade(s) in the response for the order you are sending photos.

Please note warranty remakes cannot be altered from the original order. If you need to change your measurement, please refer to our Customer Satisfaction policy.

Roman Shades

I ordered four Roman Shades.. All were for different rooms. I installed them all within an hour and a half!!! They all fit perfectly to the measurements I took and they are great quality. All four far exceeded what I was looking for. I had really good customer service after ordering my samples. I recommend you order samples as they did look a little different on line. Customer service does not keep promises.

FedEx returned the shades to the seller because packaging was damaged. Every day I call customer service and they tell me they will get back to me with a resolution within 24 hours. It’s been over a week. Despite numerous calls no one has told me if and when I can expect my shades. They refused to give me a refund.

Good product. Well made. Customizable.

Blind is well made. Liked that I could order exact width and length needed. But there is a small hole, about a 1/4" where one reed is broken at the stitching. Not very noticeable. And I didn't want to deal with the back forth needed for a replacement. Didn't see it until I had already hung the blind.

Danger

The order I received did not work. The blinds I received pop out when using the motorized feature causing a potential hazard. They fly out of the bracket and almost have hit me multiple times. I purchased a remote for reach blind and they are synching with both the blinds in separate rooms, despite clearing it and attempting multiple times. I have reached out many times to receive support and have not received any. They sent me another order of the blinds but they are doing the same thing instead of giving me either an option to purchase another model and/or a return. The remotes I was told should sync to only one blind but it is not working out. The directions that come with the remote are not helpful. For almost $500, I am very dissatisfied. How can you sell a program that is about to hurt someone physically?

Great quality blinds at a good price and easy to install.

We bought 8 blinds to start replacing 25-year-old blinds from when we bought our home in 2000. We love the huge selection and styles. The web site is incredibly easy to use and place an order. The prices are very good compared to other vendors. The blinds are very easy to install and the instructions are excellent. We will be buying more in the future.
