Awful

Awful, nothing but a scam. Had two claims and first of all, waited WEEKS for anyone to show up while being told they were “working on it”. One claim of a leaking toilet that they wouldn’t cover and another for our HVAC so NO AC for weeks in the hottest part of the summer. Have tried multiple times to cancel and just wasted another HOUR of my life trying to cancel and they want to charge me a $75 CANCELLATION FEE! On a monthly membership!! Wish I’d never heard of this awful company.

Great onboarding experience.

I haven’t had to file a claim yet - but the onboarding experience was great. I wasn’t overly sold, I got a great deal, I spoke to a person who I can still reach out to if I need.

Friendly service signup

Happy to have been notified by JP.

Within minutes of doing my search I looked up Select Home Warranty and saw good reviews so when JP reached out he explained what would be covered and what service contracts were available. JP answered my questions and was extremely professional. I chose the 5 year plan with 1 extra year for a total of 6 years of coverage. I was impressed with JP and how easy the whole process was. Great job JP!!

Home Warranty address corrected

When I had not received a confirmation of the home warranty I bought the month before, I called and found out they had entered the wrong address by 1 digit. They corrected it and then sent a copy by email.
