Quick & easy process to get my plate bought & assigned in only a few days. Website could look a bit more user friendly but cheaper plates than their competitors as they take less of a fee here.

I contacted Paul to enquire about selling my number plate. When I mentioned that another company was offering to advertise it for more money, he immediately became rude and dismissive. Instead of a professional response, he sent this email:
"SO WHAT. THAT IS NOT OUR CONCERN. You can advertise it elsewhere for £100000. If you sell it great. Regards, Paul."
Completely unprofessional and unnecessary attitude for a basic enquiry. I would not recommend dealing with him.

Paul Merrick of Select Number Plates was absolutely amazing. Paul went out of his way to be helpful in helping me obtain two private dateless restoration plates over between Christmas and New Years just gone. Paul is always available by phone or emai. After obtaining the plates and payment, Paul still helped liasing with the DVLA for appropriate forms and then even liasing with the dealers to ensure the new plates were all ready for collection when I turned up there. Total chancers! Called them to enquire, they subsequently removed the plate from their website listings and never called back. Had no mandate to list or sell the reg. Total waste of time.

Whoever wrote this is totaly wrong,we never advertise any number plate without permision,
people with little or no knoledge of the registration business need to educate themselves, if the person who wrote this ludicrous comment has the confidence to put on trust pilot the registration they refer to.we will publicise who gave it to us for sale.

Select number plates were excellent, Paul was very helpful, friendly and made the whole experience of buying a private number plate easy and hassle free. Paul dealt with everything including assigning the plate to my vehicle with the DVLA. Definitely recommend them and would definitely use again.

Seem to be a sham company. Paid for a plate through their website only to have the money refunded. That plate has now been removed from their website. I have tried to contact via email, to no avail. The plate I 'purchased' seems to currently be in use on a vehicle, which leads me to believe they had no right to be advertising the number.

Unfortunately we do advertise some number plates on behalf of our private clients and if they do not inform of us that the number plate is no longer available we may have some number plates on our website that are no longer for sale. We never take any money off any purchases until we have confirmed that the registration number that is being purchased is 100% available our system just reserves the money so we can either abort the transaction it or take payment when a sale is complete. I found select number plates to have great customer service and they were very helpful and did all the paperwork for me to process the transfer of my number plate. I would defiantly recommend them and would do business with them again if i ever wanted to buy another number plate.
