I was basically used to make a sale and got scammed

Everything was explained to me and everybody was patient, and everybody was nice and I was able to do what I needed.

All of the licensed agents I spoke with were kind, courteous people who listened to me and answered my questions… thank you for great customer service.

I got a better plan

Anne Dolmage was so wonderful, she explained everything to me so well. She made me I understood everything and she made sure to answer all my questions in such a patient manner. I was so pleased with her help with me for the 2 hours it took she never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. She is top tier customer service for sure!!!

I understood the representative buy in information, however it did not answer my concerns. I feel as if I was forced into making a quick judgement decision without all clear facts or other alternative to better choices.

The insurance lady who helped me out was wonderful,made sure I had everything I needed and even returned my phone call. Her name was Sylvia Washington.Wonder lady.
