Just spoke to Patrick leahy after accidentally calling the wrong number I was trying to contact Eon after trying to sort out my debt. Patrick helped me work out a cheaper switch over for me and advised me on how to work out a payment plan with Eon. I wouldn’t of sorted all this out without Patrick’s help. I thank him so much. Great company!

I talked to Mr.Mohit Khatwani. He assisted me very well and explained every term very well. I was bit confuse about the terms and household bills but had great experience to talk with him. very supportive . totally satisfied.

Just want to thank Dean Walsh for all his help. I was actually trying to contact my supplier (Utilita) as they had messed up my payments and accidentally rang Selectra. Dean answered my call and helped me with my query and gave me the correct phone no for my supplier but then went on to informing me my gas and electric could be much cheaper by direct debit than on PAYG. He gave me a quote of £85 per month for gas and leccy combined. I am paying at least £65 per week for both now!!!! So i swapped immediately!! Just 1 more week to go before i transfer over and I cant wait the savings will be incredible. Thank goodness I rang the wrong number by mistake. Thanks Dean

After speaking to Kitty today i have now got my Gas and Electricity bills sorted. She was very pleasant and efficient.

I was beginning to get worried as I had not heard from EDF who are now looking after my Electric and Gas supply. Selectra was where EDF guided me to get it sorted. Franco Ribeiro was the chap who I dealt with. What a fantastic chap he turned out to be. Explaining everything to me and my Wife. Patients of a saint. He was able to put both our minds at rest. Thank you Franco and I can only HOPE that I can find EDF staff as helpful as you were, CHEERS!
