Sauna Feedback
I love the sauna it's the second one I got of the same company, but in a different location, the sauna came with a lot of chips on the base and on the top left panel sigh when you look towards the sauna. I've used magic markers for wood to cover the chips, but I'm disappointed about it

Flooring
The flooring I bought is too small for my sauna and therefore slips when you walk in.

Thanks for your feedback!
Just to clarify, the sauna you purchased is designed to sit on your existing floor, and the separate floor kit is a free-floating lattice to allow airflow and easy cleaning underneath. If it were solid, moisture could get trapped. If slipping is an issue, a non-slip pad or minor adjustment usually helps.

One of the products I had ordered and paid for turned out to be out of stock, which the company immediately informed me of. The other items were delivered quickly and the last item was sent free of charge when it arrived, along with a small gift. :)

Easy online ordering and I had to call customer service to change a delivery address. They were very helpful and took care of me. The Sauna I purchased was delivered with ease. Assembly was easy and I am enjoying it almost everyday!

It took way longer than it should have, but I got a nice email.
It took way longer than it should have to receive my order, and Select Saunas didn't reach out to me to let me know. I had to call which no picked or returned, I messaged which did not work, but some did return my email and was very apolgectic and explainded that my order was on back order and that they regreted not getting in touch me.

You contacted us during our lunch break, and as soon as we returned, we saw your live chat message and responded promptly. We had a full conversation with you via live chat that same day, where we looked into your order and explained that the HUUM stones were delayed due to a backorder from the manufacturer, something we unfortunately weren’t informed of ahead of time. We apologized sincerely for the lack of communication from our supplier’s side, and regret that you had to wait so long for your stones.
While we did see that you called and emailed during our break, we had a full chat about this through our live chat system shortly after you reached out, after we stepped back in. So to say that no one returned your call or responded to your messages isn’t an accurate reflection of how things unfolded.
We’re always doing our best to provide timely support, and in this case, we responded the same day you reached out, which we feel is fair and reasonable. We do regret the supplier delay and the frustration it caused, but we also want to be clear about our response time and communication.
