More than a course — a compass for your soul

Rory’s 8 Simple Steps to Be Empowered Self-care course is so much more than a course — it’s a guided reconnection with your true self. Each step gently helped me reflect, reset, and realign with what really matters.

It feels like a compass leading you back to your soul’s path, helping you realign key areas of your life to live in harmony with yourself and the Universe.

I’ve done many programs in my life, but this one stood out through its simplicity, wisdom, and heart. The structure is clear, yet it leaves space for deep personal insight and authentic transformation.

I loved how practical and soulful it is — and how I could immediately feel the effects in my body, mind, and emotions.

Grateful for the tools, insights, and the sense of connection it brought into my life.

Highly recommended for anyone!

Pure brilliance!

Very impressed by our this program has been designed, presented and made digestible, and ownable for everyone! It's pure brilliance!

If you need support to help you feel more empowered, and get the steps that will lead you to live the life you want to have, both on a personal and a professional side this is what you need!
No crazy changes required, small steps by steps, doable. I've tried quite a bit of different program so far, and this one is the most effective to me because it's the one that has the most flexible structure, guiding you towards your goals while making it enjoyable and not adding constraints and forcing you into pure discipline or relying willpower solely, which we know is not sustainable.

Can't stress how much I recommend to take time to do this, if everyone who has the possibility to was doing it, the world would change drastically for the better!

Wherever you are in your life now it will work, that's the magic of it too!

Thanks Rory! I enjoyed the Selfcare experience. It was insightful (and a great reminder and refresher)!
I'm also happy to say I have a morning routine that I love (in place for around 9 years) and doing the 8 Steps makes me realise that I need to encourage and keep reminding my clients more often, about just how beneficial it is...

Course - "Empower. 8 days of self care and lifestyle medicine".

I have just completed the empowerment course accessible on selfceare global website - "Empower. 8 days of self care and lifestyle medicine".

The course brought me a lot of clarity, made me think about aspects of my daily life, my desires and my visions that are crucial and at the same time, somehow, were lost along the way. Tasks are simple but to complete them - you really need to go for an inward journey and authentically face everything that arises. You can feel the experience and wisdom behind each question.
Deeply grateful for the moment of pause and realizations and excited for next steps of creation from the place of clarity.

Grateful

I am very grateful that I can across this book and Rory's work.

It helped a lot to realign myself again with my centre and the path I want to walk. It has aligned perfectly in my journey right now in understanding myself better, seeing my shortcomings and ways to improve my life so that I can be of better service to others around me and around the world as well.

You can feel Rory's genuine passion for selfcare and creating positive impact throughout the book and the course and it's very inspiring.

Thankyou for your big heart and…

Thankyou for your big heart and encouragement over the past couple of years. I have been able to shift how I approach my personal life and business through your support, showing me how to find and keep working towards my north star has changed my self harm habits to healthy self care habits. I can now lead from a more honest and authentic self, which is something I had lost for a while trying to chase my goals but through your teachings, I've been able to live more from a place of attraction.

I'm still yet to read your book but I can only imagine it's a further extension of what I've already learned in your 8 days onboarding course and that has already given me so much positive direction. So I'll be looking forward to it.

Thankyou Rory for your care and support, not just for me but for the impact that you're having globally.

This book provides a simple, useful and actionable framework for change.

This book is not just about giving you more knowledge- as much as I believe knowledge is power, what’s even more powerful is having tools and direction that you can relate and implement into your own personal life. Taking the first step, taking action is something I’m good at putting off. I read all the books, listen to all the podcasts and interviews yet fail time and time again to actually follow through and make the decision, or take the step. This book has allowed me to take the knowledge and turn it into action. I can’t even begin to explain what this book has already done for me not just in areas of my health but my overall wellness. This book takes all the complexities of our everyday life and challenges and distills it into this simple, useful and actionable framework for change.

Authentically genuine ✨

WoW! Self Care by Rory Callaghan is a thought provoking book! It is insightful and very in-depth in the art of self care. This well referenced book is not only a great read it asks some hard questions to contemplate and allow for personal growth including my own! The visuals puts his words to life and become embedded in your daily thoughts. The space that is allowed for reflection allows for accountability. Self Care is truly a « Lifestyle Medicine for the People! »
