I have been using SelfDecode for a few years now to help me figure out new ways to improve my health and well-being. I love learning the science behind the genetics and how lifestyle, supplements, diet, etc can have impacts on shifting my health at the DNA level. I have been living with autoimmune issues for most of my life which had gotten pretty severe by the time I stumbled across SelfDecode a few years ago and since using the reports as a general guide I have made vast improvements and feel better now than I have in decades. I will continue to use SelfDecode as a guide to help me determine what I can use to continue to improve myself. Aside from the recommendations, the reports are easy and interesting to read and I’ve found them to be knowledgeable and extremely helpful for me to figure out my health and wellness blueprints.

Take a deep dive into your dna!
Most people focus on the major dna sites for purposes of ancestry. While that is interesting some of us wish to learn more about our health and what has been passed along from our ancestors. I already suspected genes for Alzheimer's were passed along, but I now now about cardiovascular issues, and SO much more. This knowledge allows one to make lifestyle changes that can improve health and fitness and improve your overall wellness. Genes don't destine you to disease and illness as knowledge provides an opportunity to prevent SNIPS/Variants from turning on. I wish this science existed 40 years ago! We are fortunate to have this science and testing available to us today. Take advantage of it and continue to learn, test, improve.

The risk icon in your Health Reports tell you if you are at a higher or lower risk compared to other people, and they are solely based on genetics.

Finally finding help after 70 years of misery...
I've dealt with a variety of seemingly unrelated symptoms my entire life including eczema, asthma, hives, heart palpitations, gut issues, depression, anxiety and others. The future of Biohacking!
My experience with SelfDecode has been unparalleled! As a person with Autoinflammatory disease i have to deal and monitor many issues at the same time and It has been extremely helpful for me having a safe space where i can have all my health data in one place. Selfdecode helped me to better understand first of all how my body works and to to be able to connect what at first seemed to be unrelated issues! The DNA reports at Selfdecode are very detailed and easy to read with so much information and interpretation of genes according to multiple aspects and takes into account all genes that relate to the issue.

If you can measure it you can fix it
Well, I have followed the Selfdecode journey since 10years plus and now they are the best DNA 🧬 test in the world . Wow. When I resent the test , I have made a mistake by sending it via normal post and obviously they never received it . So I contacted selfdecode and promptly they send me another DNA test kit.
