Very disappointed
I was really disappointed with the dress I received. I had purchased a $100 dress in pink. For that price, I was expecting something of good quality. Instead, I received a dress of very cheap quality and completely see through. I had purchased this as a dress to wear for a wedding and I didn’t end up wearing it. The dress also did not fit well (even though I had checked the measurements prior to purchasing this dress). I also could not return it, due to the very short turnaround return policy. I will not be buying from here again.

That is absolutely not the experience we want for any of our customers. We aim to provide quality clothing at an affordable price, but it seems we missed the mark with this style. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us and has already been shared with our QC team so they can review both the quality and fit of this dress.
We also want to apologize that you were unable to return the dress. We give all of our customers 30 days from the receipt of their order to initiate a return. We understand if that feels like too short of a timeline, but we do have to limit the return window so that we can ensure returned items are still in new condition, maintain accurate inventory, and continue offering returns in a fair and sustainable way.
That said, we would really like the opportunity to see what we can do to help turn this experience around for you. Unfortunately, we do not see any order information or email address linked to your review.

Poor quality dresses
Poor quality dresses, over priced, annoying return policy- store credit or pay $10 to return and get a refund. They have good customer service though and are responsive. Don’t plan on buying from them again.

We also understand your frustration regarding our return policy. While exchanges and store credit are completely free, there is a one-time $9.75 processing fee for returns for a refund.
