The dress was absolutely beautiful and the shipping was very quick. But I would say the measurements are incorrect. I’m 5’3” and weigh 115 pounds and ordered a small because that’s what I was told based on the dimensions and what I normally wear (or XS). I could barely zip it up. I think it runs very small, not the dimensions that were listed. I had to return it and sadly it is now sold out so I can’t exchange it for a medium. Of course the medium would be way too long.

After further review, we can see that your return arrived back to our warehouse yesterday. Please allow our returns team a few business days to inspect the item and process your refund. As soon as that has been completed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.
Please note that we do not refund the original shipping fee on returned orders, and there is a one-time processing fee of $9.75 for returns for a refund. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and inspecting the return, as well as the payment processing fees we are charged each time a refund is issued. Returns for store credit or exchange, however, are completely free.
We understand this may not have been the amount you were expecting, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to clarify. We have also sent you an email directly so we can help clear things up further and make sure you are taken care of.
