Really poor customer service
I have ordered previously from the company so was surprised with the lack of care - especially as they are so conscious of mental health
The item I received was oddly sized, very long for a woman's sweatshirt and when I checked the label it had a sticker left in indicating it was a men's.
I emailed the company and received an automated reply advising they would get to my query eventually and any returns just to post.
So I did, at my own expense, with a note explaining the issue. Eventually, I received a refund without my postage for the purchase or the return.
So I emailed the company, same automated response. But I did get a reply eventually saying they had examined the item carefully and didn't agree it was faulty.
They refunded 1 part of the postage. Disappointing.
The email tone was not very friendly. Disappointing.
I replied but have not heard back at all. Disappointing.
Pretty poor service!!!! Especially from a company who says they are so mindful of stress.
Really sour taste left from my experience = will not be buying again.
