I ordered a product from them the 12th and received it the 15th. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong product so I e-mailed Them the same day and never heard back from them. I e-mailed them again the 20th and I still haven’t heard back from them. Terrible customer service!!!
Genuinely feel like this company is one of the best out there, not only are the products truly amazing, the customer service is like no other. I had a problem with a package that I didn’t receive, I send them an email about it and quite literally a day later… they did their research, responded to me and send a new package my way right away. Truly committed to this company now, and for good reason!
I have truly never found a skin care brand that I am 110% committed to - its all made sustainably, it has no irritants for sensitive skin, and it has taken away every blemish I have had since starting it. Not to mention my face has NEVER been this soft and healthy. I only use the cleanser, moisturizer, and daily oil control serum. If anyone has been struggling with skin care and also loves the planet - they should definitely give this company a try.
