I went to an offline store for floss…
I went to an offline store for floss DMC. It is very convenient that there are staff who speak English, it helped me a lot, as my German is still very weak.
It turned out that through the store you can order any number of DMC and they will deliver it to you, this is awsome. I really enjoyed everything!

Never again.
I ordered blackout fabric to make some curtains. The fabric arrived damaged. It has been stapled through in several places and had multiple holes and puncture marks. Also, it's not possible to remove the Staples without damaging the fabric further. Will never again order from this company. Terrible.

Wir bedauern, dass die von uns gelieferte Ware Anlass zur Reklamation geboten hat und eine Rücksendung der von Ihnen reklamierten Ware für Sie keine Alternative war.
Sie haben die Möglichkeit, sämtliche bei uns bestellte Meterwaren binnen einer Frist von 14 Tagen an uns zurück zu senden. Die Stoffe müssen sich im Originalzustand wie bei Erhalt befinden und dürfen nicht gewaschen oder verarbeitet sein. Sofern es sich um eine berechtigte Reklamation oder Fehllieferung handelt wird Ihnen neben dem Kaufpreis des Stoffes auch das Rücksendeporto erstattet, wenn uns ein Portobeleg vorliegt. Die zurückgesendeten Stoffe werden bei Ihrem Eintreffen in unserem Hause geprüft und dann wird entschiedenen inwieweit die Voraussetzungen für eine Portoerstattung gegeben sind.

Kit is incomplete
I really enjoy the store and their concept. I have shopped online and in person - and I keep going back because I like the brand.
But... Recently I wanted to order a kit to make a heat pad. I clicked on the "add all items to cart" but when the package arrived I only received a piece of fabric and yarn. If a store sells something as a "kit" it should arrive as a complete kit with all items advertised.
Otherwise I enjoy the concept of the store, the variety of items, and so on.

Ihre Bestellung vom 03.04. wurde bereits am 06.04. an Sie versendet. DHL hat mitgeteilt, dass es aufgrund eines Rückstaus im DHL mehreren Umschlagzentren derzeit zu Verzögerungen beim Scannen der Sendungen kommt. Die Transportdienstleister verzeichnen eine stetig steigende Anzahl an Auslieferungsaufträgen. Aus diesen Gründen kommt es leider derzeit sowohl in unserem Hause als auch in den Umschlagzentren der Transportdienstleister zu verlängerten Bearbeitungs- und Auslieferungszeiten.
DHL hat uns außerdem mitgeteilt, dass einige Umschlagzentren aufgrund von Covid-19 Infektionen einiger Mitarbeiter kurzzeitig geschlossen waren und es dadurch zu Verzögerungen beim Scannen der Sendungen gekommen ist.
