Spoke to an advisor called Kayleigh came across as nice to start with didn’t pay me back for a few days had to chase the three times also when she came back with a decision she listened to half the things that I said. What emotion is to her defensive response was all the information is correct from my side that was her opinion based of her own opinion but the fact the matter is the figure she gave me one of the figures that I spoke about and not the items that I mentioned that’s the fact not your opinion, my love but if you wanna be defensive and defend yourself and pretend you’re doing a great job you go for it hunny . Well, you failed to listen correctly. Quite frankly, I don’t want to deal with people that aren’t able to listen. Especially with things like this attention to detail is key . And Ashley mentioned at the beginning of her comb she seemed so proud about Trustpilot well really happy for you but I’m one of the people that’s not happy. Defend yourself all you want to I told you my intention what I was doing you still continued to go ahead with a quote, including those things and I’ve actually already followed through with what I said I was doing and done it already so had you had the conversation today and listen to me rather than just talking about what you’ve done or what you’ve made an opinion of you might have realise that effing changed in one day.
