No customer service, no response, nothing
For one reason or the other I noticed that this company was taking a monthly subscription off my account.
I notified them that this was not a subscription I set up, did not use any of their services, want to cancel this subscription and would like my money back.
It turned out to be impossible to get ahold of anyone, no response, nothing.
After a number of reminders I gave up and just made sure any future payments were blocked by my bank.
Shameless scammers if you ask me.

Good value for the price but…
I have a lot of very good info that is going to help me improve my Etsy Store.
Though a little downside… I feel that an effort should have been made on the format of the ebook. A pdf visually appealing book would have been nice since we talk about art. Very good value for the price though.

Not serious
I applied for a free 30-minute session with Jacob Lund's agency (Art Marketing Agency) because I wanted to use their services to sell my art.
Nobody showed up at the session and there was no follow up (to check what happened and why nobody showed up). Even after I wrote an email, Frederik (who I was supposed to have a session with) never wrote back to me. I did get a reply from Kristine saying someone will get in touch with me but then nobody did.
Everything described above happened twice. Yes, two times.
First time I wrote a review here afterwards and they got in touch with me so I deleted the review as I know mistakes happen and everyone deserves a second chance.
Frederik said they are having problems with their scheduling software and he sent me an email but apparently I haven't received it. Strangely, I did receive all emails from our communication after that but then after the second session was supposed to happen (and did not, once again), I haven't received any emails (other than from Kristine saying she will forward my message), again...
Even if it's a technical problem, a serious company would learn from it and make an effort to fix it and not ignore the customer and waste my time - twice.
I have a very busy schedule and taking time for that session was not easy for me.
Two stars only because the Sell ArtPrints guide from Jacob Lund is definitely worth $9. I wouldn't trust the agency with higher amounts of my money though.
