Zero help from customer service
Said payment was submitted, but there is nothing in my Paypal account. They keep giving the excuse that they put in a request to the accounting department to look into this, but I have received nothing. It has been almost a month.

Stolen book
I sold one book to them and got payment just fine. It took a long time but it was received in the time they said it would. I sold another book to them which they have effectively stolen as it has been almost a year with no payment. I have contacted customer service many times and have been given excuses on top of excuses for the lack of payment including that their department in charge of payment is behind. If they truly are behind for ALMSOT A YEAR then someone should have been fired. The real reason I believe is that they have stolen my textbook expecting I would just forget about it and resold it. I have warned every student I know to use other websites to sell back textbooks and to NEVER use this website due to it being a giant scam.
