Can't recommend highly enough. Create the case once in Seller Candy, and let them deal with the endless back and forth with Seller Support. Also, as they are helping so many sellers, they see the same type of issue show up time and time again and so they know what works to get the issue resolved.

I'm a very happy customer when it comes to SellerCandy. Our cases are always rapidly dealt with and I never have to follow up or chase them. These guys are always friendly and professional considering the workload they must possess. Glad to be working with them!

Seller Candy is a great Amazon Seller assistant if you want to grow your amazon business. Their staff know what they are doing and they have a very nice and wonderful people. They can do all things with regards to solving issues with Amazon, requesting to delete negative feedback, and other admin things that you don't want to waste your time doing. My account was at risk with 50 policy violations and they have it down to 20 in less than a month. Seller Candy is highly recommended.

Seller Candy has helped to take the load off of the minute account issues that I don't have time to do and frankly don't like doing. I'm so happy that I invested in John and Brian's services.
