Beware of fraud via the A-to-Z…

Beware of fraud via the A-to-Z guarantee system. The customer stated they hadn't received anything and filed a claim. I appealed and was able to prove the order had been delivered. Despite all the evidence, Amazon refunded the buyer. Despite several requests for clarification, I only received a curt response stating that the decision is final and there was no way to respond. I'm now facing significant damages, and Amazon is not responding.

The customer has received their product and their money back.

I'm annoyed

I'm annoyed, to say the least they have taken a second payment of £30 from my bank account and I only started the "Selling On Amazon Process" two weeks ago and for some unknown reason, they have deactivated my account. I can't contact them because my account has been deactivated for some reason.
