Payed extra for the audio book, but I never got it
Bought the book and payed for the extra option to get 7 sheets and get the audio book. The book is still being shipped, but the tracking code doesn't even work...
The 7 sheets that I should receive turns out to be 3 pdf files from 2017 about marketing tricks, that probably don't even work anymore.
The audio book was never send, so I payed $37 extra for 3 pdf's... and no audiobook.
They are good at marketing but that's it, customer satisfaction is clearly not their thing.

I purchased this book and after one month I have not received it. Also no shipping information or tracking number. I requested a refund and instead of be apologetic they are giving me a hard time. I am messaging directly to the CEO of the company, Sabry Suby, who doesn't show an ounce of decency.
