It's such an awful selling experience…
It's such an awful selling experience -> example, you get an email saying they can't authenticate your item, and ask if you want it sent back.
Okay, no problem, I'll take it back. So I log into the website and there it shows that the item is listed for sale...so I have to reach out to customer support or what?
Or they'll list high quality designer items with the wrong material description. A 100% silk shirt for example, was listed as nylon and as a seller I have no option to change or update that description from my side, and reaching out to customer support is useless.
The concept in theory is fantastic... the execution and UX of it, the technologies is broken. They really need to fix their website and user journey.

Happy customer recommends Sellpy
I have used Sellpy instead of Trendsales after the takeover by Vinted. I have been very pleased with the items I purchased, they were in better condition than expected and the prices have been very attractive. The only small suggestion for improvement is the photos - not great so sometimes I decide against a purchase.

Biggest Scam I have encountered in Scandinavia, no contact for donating my stuff or option to get my stuff back. Takes about 40% and for EACH item and they literally take “money” from your wallet plus you buy sellpy bags. So literally they win a lot of money off of you.

I was looking for wifi router
I was looking for wifi router. I received the same thing that I ordered but it didn't work for me. Maybe it wasn't marketed the right way, or maybe I might have read the description of the product wrong way. I asked my internet provider to set it up for me but it didn't work. The internet provider told me that this model doesn't work. I planned to return the product but delivery cost of returning the product was more than the cost of the product. Overall, my experience wasn't good :( .

HORRIBLE COMPANY!
They are SO greedy! They keep 75% of the money they make with your clothes and on top, from all the clothes you send, a big chunk they will target as “not good”, and say they’ll give it away, or you have to pay for each item to get it back! Ridiculous company, they should not exist!!!!!
